Ordered 2 birthstone rings. The rings are very nice but the engraving is crooked, too small and too shallow. Illegible. Looks like the ring is scratched and you can't read the names at all
After my bad review, the customer service asked me to send them an email. Which makes me lough as I already send a lot of emails…. But I tried again and wanted to give them a chance…
As a reminder, one month after my order, I received the cash binder in a wrong color and not customized for me!
They finally reply (miracle of bad review) and told me that they did not received the picture of the cash binder I received. So, I send it again and then told me that they can send me the correct cash binder. I told them that I was ok but I would like that they send it to me in a way that I can get it sooner, with UPS for example because I needed it last month and not the next one, but their answer was that they only offer free shipping for regular shipping but I can pay if I want it to be send in an other way! I them told them that I thought they could do it for free to repair their mistake, it was their mistake not mine! So at the end they said I will get a refund (I'm not sur I really will).
I wanted to give them a chance because mistakes can happen but the customer service is very bad and I continue to think that this is a very bad company who doesn't care about there clients and stole them.
Very disappointed, I never had a so bad customer service who dosen't want to do something to be sure that the client is happy at the end.
AVOID them or you will lose time, nerves and money!
Necklaces fall apart constantly, site's Facebook manager will create a fake invoice to try and get you to double pay

So, I seen this company advertised for mothers day. I figured I would do something for my mom an mother in law an order the birthstone necklaces with the grand kids name an birthstone. Places my order an paid the extra 25$ for expedite shipping. Now I placed this order on may 6th, 2020 at like 4 am. Now I knew I most likely wasnt gunna get it on mothers day being it was 4 days away from when i purchased. It's now may 19th and my order is delayed, I've been emailing with them an all they keep saying to me is "wait a few days more" the last email I got from summer said "sorry for this we can compensate you 5% for your order ". Now I dont mind waiting on my package especially rn during all the craziness going on in our world, but, they do not seem organized at all as a business. They are all over the place with what seems like everyones everyone's order an even with the emails, they cant give a straight answer. I knew I should've researched before ordering from an AD. Anyways, if you want to spend money on something and not know when you're gunna get it be my guest, other wise, stay away.

Do NOT buy from this 'company.' They are scammers. My friend ordered me a necklace from this site, but it never came. Months later she started to notice some odd charges from 'Apple' on her credit card. These charges began around the same time she bought my necklace, that never came, from this website (Note: She doesn't have any app subscriptions, and these payments occurred multiple times a month). After doing some research, she found a Fox news article that detailed that scammers are disguising as Apple to take your money with the EXACT heading the charges on the credit card were. We put two and two together after realizing their charges occurred directly after she used this website. Take home message: They are disguising as Apple to charge you! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY CHARGED HIM OVER $300 (of what we know) IN THE SPAN OF 7 months. If you've already bought from them, I highly encourage you to take a look at your credit card. Please consult your bank if you're finding odd charges. This must be stopped.

Ordered a engraved cat necklace as a gift for Christmas it came late and the engraving so bad you could not tell what it was. Save your money!
I placed the order of two items on December 16th, and the negative aspects start from the fact that on their website they don´t give clear information about the elaboration time and shipping time, at first they said that the handcraft process would take between 3 - 5 working days and when I made the purchase they said it could take until 7 working days of hancraft process. I also included an express shipping that cost 24USD in order to received before christmas (because like that was supposed to take 2 - 4 working days) but basically it was useless.
The day where I wanted to receive my order passed and after seeing that more days were passing and sending emails looking for explanations of why my order was taking so long, it finally arrived after 25 calendar days, meaning 16 working days after the purchase when it was supposed to be a maximum of 9 working days, almost the double.
The company offered me a 5% of refund due to the delay, I asked for 10%, they "accepted" but at the end I received around 8% or less of the total amount I spent for this purchase.
The positive points are that the items met my expectations, they were as showed on their site, and also that when they told me that the order was finally on the way, it arrived in the period of 2 - 4 working days of the express shipping.
It is quite hard that I would place an order on this website again but my recommendation for the people that would like to is that they do it with a lot of anticipation in order to avoid stressing inconveniences like the ones I had.

Ordered 12/04/19 and Paid for GUARANTEED DELIVERY BEFORE CHRISTMAS, and it is not the 25th... did not arrive! Did not know the item would be coming from China until i got the tracking number several days after placing the order. Urge anyone looking to buy from this company to purchase elsewhere if they find a similar product at a similar price.
I read reviews before purchasing and used this company as it seemed reputable. It seems when something goes wrong though they let their customers down badly and try to fob you off. I purchased a projection necklace as a Christmas present for my girlfriend. The necklace arrived promptly (from China) but on opening I instantly noticed they had fitted the projection photo upside down and it was blurred! Also none of the 'I love you words' were recognisable as these were badly blurred too. I have written 5-6 emails to the company and their response has been appalling, After sending photos they initially tried to claim it was all ok despite being upside down, they then offered me 50% off - seeing them not out of pocket but me left with a duff product that was not of the quality I wanted or that friends have with a similar product (ordered from a different website). They then offered me a full refund if I posted it back (but to a US address) at my cost. The cost in doing this would have meant I would have paid each way more in postage than the cost of the necklace as the cos to deliver had been £17! I just wanted the necklace with the photo the correct way up and not blurred. They refused to make me a new one even though I offered to send the other one back at my cost. They simply refunded me some money and have never responded since. It's appalling customer service and they just buried their head in the sand and refused to rectify this at their cost despite the product being falty and unfit for the purpose sold. They have now washed their hands of it. If you want to be sure that there are no dramas when buying a product and you want comfort and peace of mind that if something goes wrong it will be rectified quickly and professionally - go elsewhere. I went to a different company in the end and inside of 10 days had the same product using the same photo - the photo was clear, it was the correct way around and there were no issues.

Answer: It depends on which ring and the use. I bought two different rings. One with a thick band and one with a small one. The small one broke within a week but they are replacing it. The thick one is still doing good.
