Great quality equipment for the price. Highly appreciate the help from the technical support team in setting up the camera. My first impression of Lumina is of a company that really cares for its customers.

I'm upgrading to Lumina's 4k system. Their website provided a wealth of information and when I contacted the customer service they were prompt and knowledgeable, never pushy. Yet to receive the product, so I may be updating my review pretty soon.

Great shopping experience with Lumina. All the information about the product was easily available online. I received the product just as promised. Haven't tested it properly though but so far I have been extremely happy with everything.
