Getlumina

Ordered several cameras from getlumina.com and am extremely happy with the product and service quality. Delivery was a bit delayed but trust me it was well worth the wait.

Considering other options on the market Lumina isn't a bad choice at all. Good quality hardware and excellent AI features. I had a few issues with the product initially and was quite frustrated when the company CTO himself spoke to me and resolved them. You don't get that kind of support elsewhere. I think I am gonna stick with Lumina and give them whatever time they need. Thanks.

This was my first purchase from Lumina. Their price was the best I could find for a similar product and no one else was offering the same AI features. The shipment took way longer than expected but the customer service kept me informed. I am using their 4k camera for a little over a week now and I am satisfied with it. Also, appreciate the help from their technical support team in setting up and optimizing the product.

Excellent product and even better customer support. I love how all the relevant information is available on their website complete with product demos. So, you have a fair idea of what you are getting. My verdict is even if the camera doesn't exceed expectations it definitely lives up to the promise!

The 4k system I bought from Lumina has been amazing. Package arrived undamaged and without defects. Shipping was super delayed because of global supply chain issues. Software needs improvements and last time I spoke with the support staff they were very optimistic on redressal of all the issues in future updates. My overall experience with this company has been great.

When I reached out they swiftly rectified the issue in their system and sent the remaining cameras. A good product and excellent customer service.

FINALLY! Someone created a camera that has some controls with software. Don't know why it took so long, but it is nice to finally have it. I can control the lighting since I have windows behind my head. I can control the zoom. This is exactly what I was trying to find.

BUT, every time I change the zoom, I can't change it back without rebooting my computer. I tried "rebooting the camera", but it never happens (just gets stuck in a loop). Also, once I change the exposure and/ or white balance, I can't change anything again without rebooting.

Also zoom is a little random. As we speak, the camera has zoomed in very tight around my face. I can't change it without rebooting.

Also, even though they promote "AI", those features have been turned off on this software. I look forward to seeing how that will work (and yes, I have updated to the latest versions).

In summary, I have given a generous 3 stars because I love the concept and it works beautifully after I reboot my laptop. It manages the backlight very well, the picture is nice and clear, and the idea of having adjustments is very cool. Very hard to use right now with the buggy software.

Well-made product with impressive picture quality. However, I was irritated by bugs in the software initially. The good thing is they are patching them fast by releasing fixes almost every day. My overall shopping experience with getlumina.com has been excellent.

The system was quite easy to install with only minimal networking knowledge! But even then the technical support was readily available and I got response for my queries in a matter of minutes. Highly appreciated.

Great pre and post-sales support. Very quick, helpful answers. Product is also of excellent quality and looks great as well but the software needs improvements. Hopefully, the upcoming update will fix the software issues as promised.
