I bought a camera with the discount offer, which was cheaper than most other similar products and received it pretty quick. Setting it up was easy without having to contact the tech support. Great first experience with Lumina.

Had a bumpy ride with Lumina. Even after I got the product I got frustrated with installation and all but after a few days of use I think I made the right choice by sticking with these guys. Unit is good quality, shipping delays were inevitable because of the overall situation and as far as software bugs are concerned they are releasing new fixes almost every day. I have been backing new products for a while and to be honest I was mentally prepared to support the product with teething pains as well.

Set-up and installation was getting a little frustrating for us but when we reached out to the support team they promptly responded and took care of everything. We have been using the cam without any issues and our experience has been wonderful.

Not ready for prime time
January 27, 2022

Product arrived a month late, did not work as advertised and was told future updates should correct the problems. Would not work with latest Mac update (Monterey). Was told I could return for refund. I returned. No refund. Now I have to fight with my credit card company to get my money back. NO customer service response on request for refund. Stay away from this product. I suspect the other five star reviews are fake.

I have purchased two cameras so far and luckily I haven't experienced any of the issues as some of the reviewers on here or probably I am not a pro level user. My questions were also answered promptly by the customer service, both before and after the purchase. My rating is 5 stars!

Our experience with these guys has been good. They helped us a lot to complete our installation and on a live call adjusted the settings to best suit our specific needs. The camera is great, software not so great though but hopefully the upcoming update will rectify everything.

Went through customer reviews after I made up my mind to purchase this product. Some people have spent days writing negative stuff about it and that made me suspicious about the veracity of those reviews because I understand how difficult it is to launch a new product against established competition. Guys, I did only two things. First I watched the demo on their website to check if the video quality was good enough and I really liked it. Then I purchased the product and compared the quality I was getting with the demo and to my amazement the quality of the actual product was even better. I am so happy I purchased Lumina and I'll buy it again without hesitation.
