Fantastic camera, looks beautiful and has amazing features. Delivery was a bit delayed but customer service kept me informed. Very pleased with my purchase but also looking forward to the next software update.

Customer service answered all my questions before ordering. I got the camera late probably because of global supply chain issues which is understandable. I have used Lumina only for a day and I am very satisfied with it so far. Will update my review if I encounter any issues.

Purchased 2 Lumina HD cams. It took them so long to get here that I had almost forgotten about them. Supply chain issues, global component shortages, I was told. Nonetheless, the product is good quality. Can't say yet if it was worth the wait. Will keep posting updates.

I've been using Lumina for quite a few weeks now. My experience with the product has been nothing short of good but not excellent so I'd be giving them 4 stars and not 5. Like every other product this camera has its pros and cons. Nice hardware and integration, reliable after sale support and an awesome promise are the aspects that make Lumina stand out in the competition. They have all it takes to get to the top spot and they only need a few right software updates. The sooner the better. Thanks.

Product specs and demos were available on the website and proved very helpful after I received the product. I've been using it since yesterday utilizing the basic video function and haven't got into more advanced features yet. So far I am satisfied but if something comes up, I'll definitely update my review.

Excellent product and even better customer support. I love how all the relevant information is available on their website complete with product demos. So, you have a fair idea of what you are getting. My verdict is even if the camera doesn't exceed expectations it definitely lives up to the promise!

The whole process from online buying to delivery and installation was simple and painless. It was completed in a reasonable amount of time as well. When there was an issue or I needed information about something their customer service was readily available.

Easy to install. Some software related issues though but a new and ambitious product so totally understandable and I can live with it. Getting software updates almost every day so yeah we are getting there. Other than that everything is good.

Amazing product, cool design and very impressive features. Only issue is the software can be difficult at times and customer service takes a bit longer to respond than ideally they should. I really hope they improve on these aspects of the service and make the user experience even more satisfying.

Amazing build quality, feels robust and premium. Functionality is also good but there is a room for improvement and software updates are really helpful in that department. Other than that overall a great effort and a cool new product. Can't compare them with older products because they are the reason I supported these guys. This is the first time I've purchased this system and I can tell you it has excellent video quality. I am not so sure about the AI features though as I encountered a few glitches. The company reps however promised to address all the software related issues in the upcoming updates. Fingers crossed.
