This company is a scam. They said it will take 12 days to get the papers that never happened. Everytime i called a representative said the papers will be available the next day or at the end of the day. Then when i requested a refund that never came and the representative transferred me over to a bogus refund department.
Bottom line don't use this service
I paid their upfront fees and paid for expedited papers, then no papers arrive and with that they then proceed to charge another $39.95 for a monthly subscription that I never wanted. Phoned them up the day before they charged me and they promised it wont go thru. GUESS what they charged my card and then today said they will not refund and to top it off when I download the forms they were out of date for Georgia.

I have been waiting 5 weeks and still haven't received a hard copy of the divorce papers I paid for. I have emailed 2 different email addresses. They quickly charged my card and didn't produce the papers and now haven't reached out to return my money
I figured that I would try a do it yourself divorce since my ex and I have nothing together. It seemed to be work fine until my judgement was thrown out because some forms were incomplete and done wrong by this service. I contacted their live chat to try and fix it and was told to contact *******@getdivorcepapers.com and that they would help me fix and complete the forms so I can get this divorce over with, I was told that it could take a couple of hours and someone would get back to me, needless to say that was April 7,2017 and no one has yet to respond not to mention that I emailed them again on April 14,2017 and no response. I have had to go to a real lawyer now to have my divorce completed the correct way. I would like a full refund, but I see that they have a 90 day disclaimer which is worthless when it takes at least 6 months to have a divorce completed.
I love the entire online process. It was very easy and step by step. I think all the questions are relevant for simple divorce like mine. If you have all the answers you can finish everything in 30 minutes and can file the papers same day.

At first I had thought this website was easy to use and me not knowing about how to file for divorce, it was great. Once I received my papers my local courthouse would not except and I had to use their forms. Tried to get a refund with no response they finally told me I had to get a rejection letter from my courthouse (not their responsibility). After countless attempts to contact them and sent them my divorce claim that I turned in to the courthouse, they still have not contacted. I strongly recommend just going to your courthouse and getting your own papers, this is a waste of money and they are inconsiderate to people going through a hard time.

Don't give your money to this company they are scammers they will charge you and after you want to get your papers you have to pay more in order to get your papers they advertise that the people will be done in 30 minutes but that's not true it actually takes 5 to 10 Business days and even then the papers are not complete or accurate in addition to that they will charge you $39 on a monthly basis and if you're not careful your credit card gets charged without your Knowledge.
They have fake review websites posted on Google, stating that they or a legitimate company but all those reviews are done by themselves. They shamelessly take advantage of a vulnerable time of a person

When i first initiated my divorce process with getdivorcepapers i was little skeptical because the online system asked my several questions pertaining to me and my husband.
