I guess it's true that you get what you pay for. There are hidden fees which are contrary to their advertisement. The advertisement states that you get you divorce papers in about an hour and that is not true unless you are married to the air. There is a $79 fee for rush processing and even that is a 24hr service not 1hr. Don't call customer service because unless you are calling to use their service you won't get an answer.

The whole process is very easy and stream lined. Thank you for giving both myself and my Ex a real solution to time constraints.

This company is a scam. They said it will take 12 days to get the papers that never happened. Everytime i called a representative said the papers will be available the next day or at the end of the day. Then when i requested a refund that never came and the representative transferred me over to a bogus refund department.
Bottom line don't use this service
