I wish I could give a review less than 1. I have called customer service three times now. They hung up on me twice and the thrid time I was sent to make a voicemail. I have asked to talk to a manager and they say they will call when they can. I have emailed them three times without getting any response back. All I want is my money back. The website says 100% MONEY BACK GUARENTEE which is false advertisement. You have to qualify to get your money back. I highly suggest anyone going through a divorce NOT to use this site. Customer support is beyond terrible!

The only reason why I used this service without simply filling out the paperwork myself was because they guarantee 100% court approval or your money back. While preparing files when I contacted them the reply from Angelina Parker, The Director of Support Services, was very unprofessional but I didn't care much of it because she answered the question. But when the papers were rejected from the court and I contacted the GetDivorce, I didn't receive a reply until I finally emailed saying that I will file a consumer report. Angelina responded with just one line in a very unprofessional email to send a copy of the forms received and the money will be refunded. I sent the packet and again no replies for many emails after that. I had the court date last week and the judge rejected the "Marital Settlement Agreement" as well. I sent a final email to Angelina with a update and contacted consumer reports. Do not waste your money and time. This could be a very good service but obviously it is as horrible as it can get. Who has the time or energy waste on having to deal with people like this. Hope this review will save you!

It was lot easier than I thought it was going to be. But in the portion of when it asks "how long did you live together" or "where did you live together" there needs to be a selection of "never have lived together". But other than that it was very good. Thank you.
