GetDivorcePapers was very easy to use with step by step processess. Whenever I got stuck with a question, I appreciated being able to utilize the "Live Chat" helper. I was also pleased with being able to move at my own pace and being able to "go back" and make necessary adjustments. Very safe and very affordable.
So far I feel very comfortable with this service. This is in an easy format designed for even those not to comfortable with technology. This service even has a drop down box for live chat help. I started my divorce procedure with getdivorcepapers on 09-22-2016 and they completed all the required divorce papers in4 days. I filed the papers with the court and my county clerks office approved the papers on same day. Last week I received my final divorce decree from the court stating that I am finally divorced. I am glad that I selected you. Thank you so much for your help in my difficult time.

They sent me invalid paperwork that took them two times to get right and then it wasn't correct. Took them to the court house and found that they had removed 7 small words from the bottom of the page that read "this form is available for free at"... their refund policy states That I need proof, a letter... the court house said they don't provide letters like that. If they provided a letter for every scam they would be writing letters all day long. When I did receive the correct paperwork from the courthouse and was transferring the info, we found some major mistakes on the forms GDP.com sent. Their forms don't match the states forms and the paperwork from the courthouse was less than half of what GDP.com sent me. Getting an answer is extremely difficult and because of broken English it's hard to understand. Plus they will just up and hang up on you... my case worker was no help and rarely answered my questions or didn't know the answer. Plus they want an extra hidden cost... they charge shipping cost in order for you to get your papers... no pay, no papers

I loved how with each question there is an explanation of what is expected in small print underneath the question. I also would recommend since it is very easy and stress free to complete.
It says it's easy but it's not, and when you ask questions, they just keep giving you the official answer of "following the procedure", and if the form is incomplete, they say it's your fault because you didn't fill it out correctly. This is completely useless, and don't even try to get your money back, since you already signed an agreement...
I highly advise you go somewhere else!

Its quite easy... if you have any questions they are right there to answer them, fast too.
I went to this site because of other reviews now I am pretty sure all these Good reviews are bought. I filled out the questionnaire to see if I qualify, and I did, so the next step was to pay the $139 and continue with the remaining questions. After I completed it, it brings me to a page where it says. "Due to the results of your interview, your forms need to be reviewed by one of our staff, please allow our staff up to 3-10 business days " BUT for an extra $79 you can have it faster. At this point I am pretty upset. Everywhere you look it says its instant. I have this coming week off and was planning on doing this now, but now my papers are being held hostage and can take up to 10 days. I have tried contacted their "customer support" but all I get is the canned responses.
I just hope this review gets through any filters, this site CLAIMS to be instant but it is not.
They try to get more money from you to get your papers done faster.

Customer downloaded the forms on 2 different dates first time on 12-02-2016 and second time 12-07-2016.
Customer called us today and told us that the forms are incomplete. When we asked why he thinks the forms are incomplete he provided us the reason that he didn't provided us the complete information.
It was a complete fault by the customer. We prepared the papers based on the answers provided by us by the customer. Customer downloaded the forms and services has been rendered.
If you want to update your online interview than we are ready to update the forms. But the mistake was not by the company.
