Yes its a easy process but there papers are wrong, it has to have your state official court logo web site at bottom of every page, since mine didnt, i have to refile and get the right court papers and now the company get divorce papers are giving me the run around and wont give me my money back, no one from the company returns calls or emails, wouldnt recommend this company terrible customer service
