If I had to do this over I wouldn't use them. The communication is terrible. Trying to get a hold of anyone is close to impossible. Also when you do get someone they are extremely rude. I called with a simple request - to get a receipt of all my payments. They would not provide this.

So if you need help and support through the process and the ability to talk to someone whether on the phone or email, don't use this company.

Filling out paperwork was super easy and painless. However, it is not "get 100% money back". There are a lot of lil charges they charge you for if you ask for a refund, oh and that's only will depend on the reason for the refund. Then at the end it's a 3-10 day waiting period unless you a $99 fee to get it faster. That part really sucks. So not very fast after all

This is a very valuable service for people like me who work full-time and do not have the extra time to spend on legal research and document preparation. It makes everything so much easier for an already stressful situation.

I went with this company due to reviews and the fact I could download the forms right away. What they don't tell you is if you want it right away you have to pay more. Otherwise, it takes 3-7 business days. When I finally got the forms, there were many errors. I also accidentally signed up for parenting class and immediately called to cancel. They told me to send an email and it would take 3-10 business days. It has been over 14 business days (3 weeks) and no refund. Every time I call, they keep saying it will be processed this week. I'm just going to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They lie and they are terrible. Don't use!

My concerns were addressed, and I'm moving forward with their service. While the process is simple, I don't agree with them signing you up for two memberships, and I'm sure most customers would feel the same way. Paid all the money and extras and did review before authorizing and they had said it would be shipped. Has been almost 4 months and zero response besides once for me to get a hold of the mail room wich never responded either. So over 500 dollars unaccounted for now on top of all the other issues with trying to get divorced

Everything went smoothly at first, they're responsive to questions though their case agents are kind of non-communicative. Got my papers however please note that they are actually secretly a subscription service. They will attempt to charge you 50$ a month :O they also will attempt to charge you $187 if you want to cancel. This is NOT made clear before hand. Also note that reviews are asked before you finish the process (I. E. before You're even aware of the hidden side. This is artfully done. Notice the amount of reviews that say, "so far".) also when receiving papers from the company they were completely out of order and took me a long time to sort out. Be careful
