I called with a simple request - to get a receipt of all my payments. They would not provide this. Paid all the money and extras and did review before authorizing and they had said it would be shipped. Has been almost 4 months and zero response besides once for me to get a hold of the mail room wich never responded either. They refused they said it was too sensitive and they could not talk to me about it over the phone I said I cannot fill it out online and stare at a screen and try to figure things out for that long. Of time they said it was an online business. This is how it worked I said I have a disability I am unable to do that and I already asked for assistance.
The person on the other end just said request a refund and hung up that was 3 months ago I am still fighting for a refund and they are refusing to refund me saying that the papers were not denied but they are also refusing me service due to a disability!

Everything went smoothly at first, they're responsive to questions though their case agents are kind of non-communicative. Got my papers however please note that they are actually secretly a subscription service. They will attempt to charge you 50$ a month :O they also will attempt to charge you $187 if you want to cancel. This is NOT made clear before hand. Also note that reviews are asked before you finish the process (I. E. before You're even aware of the hidden side. This is artfully done. Notice the amount of reviews that say, "so far".) also when receiving papers from the company they were completely out of order and took me a long time to sort out. Be careful
