This company must have paid for reviews, because this is a scam. Their website looks very professional and they were quick to take my money, however...
I started this incredibly difficult process in Oct. 2017. It is now the end of December and they have not sent me any paperwork. When I called a month ago to complain, they said they would ship the paperwork with 3-5 business days. That was a month ago. Today I called asking for a refund and they said I was not eligible because the paperwork has been processed and they would be sending it to me within the next 3-5 business days. They refused to refund me. Every time Ive called, Ive spoken to the same 2 people, who claim to be in Delaware, really?
Unfortunately theres nothing I can do but understand that they took my money and the company is a shell for doing just that. Please, if you are going through something so emotional, just use a local REAL attorney. So sad.

I went to this site because of other reviews now I am pretty sure all these Good reviews are bought. I filled out the questionnaire to see if I qualify, and I did, so the next step was to pay the $139 and continue with the remaining questions. After I completed it, it brings me to a page where it says. "Due to the results of your interview, your forms need to be reviewed by one of our staff, please allow our staff up to 3-10 business days " BUT for an extra $79 you can have it faster. At this point I am pretty upset. Everywhere you look it says its instant. I have this coming week off and was planning on doing this now, but now my papers are being held hostage and can take up to 10 days. I have tried contacted their "customer support" but all I get is the canned responses.

I just hope this review gets through any filters, this site CLAIMS to be instant but it is not.

They try to get more money from you to get your papers done faster.

Very professional process. I was dreading this entire ordeal, as it has been something that has lingered unresolved for a long time... shortly after being married I was deployed and although we remained married, we never lived together again. I think I always held on to us truly starting our marriage but after all of this time, you are helping me actually start my life. Very easy process... I am very happy with this entire online divorce process and recommend to anyone!.

I have been going back and forth with my bank disputing these charges. I sent in several disputes to Getdivorcepapers with no answer or follow up. I never got any paperwork as they never completed them, I still have not got an answer on my refund. Now all I get is I cant request one because it has been over 60 days even though I requested it within the time frame with no response. Now I am out 144 dollars and still had to pay and find another option for my documents as this company never fulfilled the services they "guarantee". I will be submitting a fraud request to the better business bureau as well. I never got the service that they took the money for.

I fell in to the trap of so many reviewers - I did not read the reviews before signing up with getdivorcepapers.com. The product I got had missing and incorrect information, and incorrect forms. I had to fix these myself, which was the whole point of hiring a service to do it for me.

When I asked for a refund, I was told I did not qualify because I accessed their site (as soon as you open the questionnaire = access), and a courthouse had not refused my papers. They acknowledged I would have to sign incorrect documents (that's illegal), pay to file, just to see if they get refused so I could qualify to get my money back.

The service is terrible, you don't get what you're promised, and their refund loopholes mean they're just stealing your money.
