This is by far an easier avenue to go through the divorce process. Divorce is a hard thing for people to go through. I hope the rest of this process is as smooth as the first steps were.

This is my 1st divorce (i pray my only...) but for an online process, this was extremely easy to follow. Instructions are clear and easy to understand. If you have questions, they have representatives on the ready to assist.
I am knew at this online Divorce. But the company was patient with me. My wife and I have been apart since 2018 and I have not spoken with her and I had to try and get some information that I could and while doing so everyone was very patient and helpful.

getdivorcepapers.com STAY AWAY; I wish I could say this company is just incompetent and incapable of delivering on their promises, but actually, they are a pure internet scam, with no intent of even trying to earn their fee.
To use their service, you have to pay in advance, and spend many hours filling out every detail of your personal and financial life, including your spouses. This entails gathering a significant amount of personal data and completing six or seven worksheets, which should allow a court to make an accurate and fair determination with regard to child support, alimony, custody, assets, and so on.
What was returned to me were blank forms, printed off the internet, with only both spouses names printed on top, and none of the information I provided. Obviously, a court will not act on blank forms.
My "caseworker" was Evelyn Martin, and despite several phone calls to customer service, who told me each time that Ms. Martin would call me back, and, at least four emails directly to Ms. Martin, she has never called or written to me, or made any effort to correct these issues.
This company is obviously in business to steal money. As far as I can tell, their ownership is in India, and not even reachable in US courts.
Again, there are numerous companies offering this service, but this isn't one. Thy are a scam, pure and simple.
Do not use them. They will rip you off and not give you anything g you can use. They write a word document that you cannot use. On top they are using and selling your information. Plz do not fall for this scam they are running. Y they are not even in the US.
Do not use this company! They double charged me, admitted it, 20 days later, 8 phone calls, I still don't have my money back they double charged me! Total scam
Give you the run around! Trust the bad reviews. I'm sure all the good ones are fake, oh and they sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge to take more of your money!

I went through the question process and it wouldn't let met add any items that I needed in my agreement for a legal separation. When I requested a refund they said that since I answered questions on their web site I was not initialed to a refund what a rip off never downloaded the completed form. Stay away from this company.

I was never contacted by a case manager as the site said I would be. They asked the most stupidest questions for an annulment - like what percentage my spouse paid to federal taxes! What in the universe has that got to do with an annulment when we had only been married for 5 months? When I called them to chase up my case manager I was told no one was going to contact me. I asked for a refund of a separate fee for postage only which was completely unused - their "customer service" agent told me they never give refunds! Completely useless and a waste of $139 - DO NOT USE THIS SCAM SERVICE - go to your local online state website - you can file for free through them
This service is very easy and clear, and provides a very safe and efficient way to divorce your spouse. I highly recommend it for anyone who is going through a rough patch like I was. They are very professional and do a great job.
The process is simple and straightforward with good customer support to assist along the way to completing the documents.
Very affordable, however, it would be great if there was a section for spouses that want nothing from their husband or wife but to walk away with a clean slate when filing for a divorce to make it all similar.
So Far Im truly happy that I dont have to pay a Lawyer fee, plus it was 99.9% mostly self explanatory easy to understand and follow instructions. Now we wait and see if all of my documents will get processed as painlessly as possible thank you get divorce paper.com
I want to finalize my process so I can give a full testimony of the service, but preparing the papers has been simple. It reminds me of turbo tax, questions are asked to be able to finish the paperwork.
It was simple and not too time consuming. The price was extremely reasonable compared to other online sites i looked into. I only ran into one problem while filling out information but when i called the customer assistance phone line they not only were quick to answer but solved my issue right away. I thought that was wonderful!
