They like to take money without providing services and won't refund your money- very expensive and not worth it. Smug rude customer service attendant. Also sends you emails you cannot reply to when you try to cancel

I USED NONE OF THE SERVICES AND THEY STOLE MY MONEY $150 FOR NOTHING RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH AN ATTITUDE THAT N33DS TO BE SET STRAIGHT

Here is why, a high percentage of techvedic employees poses expert troubleshooting skills such as correctly identifying malfunctioning components. This is the result of adequate and most up to date training materials. All the reps are experienced working on computers Above all they value their customers. As per me the plan price are on higher side but the return of investment is great so no complaints

The marketing automation features of BIGContacts have not only saved me countless hours but have also significantly improved the efficiency of my campaigns. I thought its only me until a friend on social network from another continent called me and reported same issue with them, I wouldn't have get myself with this wrong deal...
Honestly, what can i do at this point? I guess nothing than to leave them but alerted others to be cautious about them not to fall into same trap i fell into. They don't deserve your contract please

Life changing experience & life saver... spent years in property systems and locally developed systems... translating management and or /end users business needs to technical teams then get the results and re translate to business needs owners that delivered features although not as expected but can work. It was huge dilemma... which is wiped of with odoo... practical proof of concepts can be delivered simply... implementations exceed end users expectations... simply great innovation

This is IT for those who need all the necessary tools for office collaboration in one place and who is in search for a good alternative to MS Office. What I really like most is document management performance and comprehensive CRM system. Anyway if you try, you'll stay. Great job!

Used the premium service for a while for some of our websites, but found the app to be highly unreliable. Cancelled the service, then found that we were still charged after having cancelled the service. They refused to refund us for the cancelled service. Have contacted the bank to prevent further charges and to dispute the charge. I would recommend using another live chat software for your website. Their service goes down pretty often.

We switched from Salesforce.com because Salesboom.com CRM is very user friendly and easy to train sales people to use it. Also they have great customer support and their staff works hard to help you implement the system and get up and running very quickly.

Tip for consumers:
I would make sure I get the fast track option so they do all the work: data importing, customizations, custom reports, etc.
