I am grateful to all the people who told the truth about this company's customer service and ethics. I almost bought one of their packages… will save my money for a more authentic experience.
Second time to order. Great knife, super service! The package arrived a week after I ordered and was packed safely. Knife came in an elegant box. Top I am more than satisfied - gladly again.
I ordered two knives from Huusk on a Canadian site.When I got my credit card statement I was charged in USD (35%) exchange rate and when I contacted Huusk they told me they couldn't refund the difference because the knives had been shipped. Because of their refusing I will not purchase anymore products from Huusk or recommend their products. I think that what Huusk did is bad business. BEWARE especially if you are Canadian.

I like this knife's design. It is unique and it looks durable. Shipping however took longer than the turn around time. It came in a beautiful box, the overall package would look great as present.

ZERO stars. Ordered ONE knife. Got billed for FOUR. Called immediately. They SAID they cancelled the order and processed a refund. They sent an email to confirm. 5 days later FOUR knives arrive and NO REFUND POSTED.

So I ordered 1 knife and sleeve to try it out before I consider to buy several.
To my surprise my bill showed 4 additional knives. I did not order these!
I contacted their chat service line immediately and they had the nerve to offer me a discount
On the 4 additional knives!... I didnt was them in the first place. So now I am pissed and want a full refund!
Then the chat told me she will try to refund the order if it has not yet been processed!...
I just placed it 4 minutes prior!
What a scam!
She tells me they will process my refund request in 5 days.
This is the way they get more money out of peoples pockets hoping they will not notice the additional
Charge because once you get the merchandise they will charge you 2/3's "re-shelving" fee.

The knives are Hand-Made in Japan by Japanese Sword Makers (False), they are mass-produced in China by CNC machine punching. They are reliable and honestly they deliver products and they communicate with their customers so careful. Thank you for the great products.

Delivery time may be non-commendable but the product is! I like the overall design and how sturdy this knife is. Great in almost every food preparation.
Huusk is the worst to work with. If you make a mistake, they will not refund or change your order. Do NOT do business with them. Scam operation for sure
