I can't never get a hold of anyone there. Site is down no one responses to email, calls, texts and etc. Site is working slow and hardly opens up, they don't respond either. My site doesn't update properly so I tried to get a hold of them for 2 weeks and no one calls back. It says they are open 24 hours a day. Let me say something: they are never open and never respond to you. All they care about is your $ and that you renew with them site at the end of the year. Everything else you are on your own. Unprofessional business, that's all I have to say.

I called them when my website was completely down and my hosting company refused to help me out, GeometricBox wordpress services were really quick and resolved the issue in just couple of hours, best thing about them is their phone support which is not easy to get for wordpress websites, I felt like talking to real people, always ready to help, yes their support is paid but after all who runs a business for free, love them and its worth it!

These guys rank on google for the keyword "Wordpress Customer Service Phone Number" with a link to their number, but they are not affiliated with WordPress.

I goofed up some code and was locked out of my website. I thought I called WordPress customer support (turns out it was these dirtbags). After I gave them my WordPress and BlueHost logins, they said they would just reset my WordPress and I would start over and that they would charge me $50. I paid them. They said they would get back to me in 30 minutes. They did not.

I ended up calling my hosting provider and we fixed the problem in like 30 seconds. Don't pay these guys any money.

I couldn't log into Wordpress. Seeking Wordpress assistance, I called Geometric Box thinking I was speaking with Wordpress (search Word Press support and you get those crooks). They asked for my hosting username and password - as my host is also tied into WP I thought I was speaking with the same people and gave them my login. They put me on hold and then came back telling me my WP admin had been deleted and I needed to recreate/decrypt the database. Cost: $140. I started to get suspicious - I know you will say I should never have shared my username/password. Lesson learned. Anyway, hung up and called my hosting company directly. My host solved the problem and no surprise, none of the issues identified by GeometricBox were involved. I immediately changed our password... Now today our email was down. Called our host again and was told there were too many login attempts and the security blocked our site. So, I can presume GeometricBox was trying to get into my site today and cause mischief. These guys are really crooks and should be prosecuted.

We engaged GeometricBox to fix an issue with a javascript error we were getting with our contact page. The error was preventing the contact page from autoforwarding the contact info to our office. When I first talked to the GeometricBox staff, they told me that they could easily fix this and that it would cost $100. I paid via Paypal and sent them an email showing the code that my site developer said needed to be entered into the site code to correct the error.

After a few days, I emailed GeometricBox again and asked them for a status report. They never responded, but I did notice that they did make an attempt to resolve our website's issue.

I waited another 5 days before emailing them again asking for a status report again... still no response. After that email, I noticed more activity, but no resolution to our issue and no correspondence from GeometricBox. After another email two days later, I received a voicemail telling me that issue had been resolved and that I should call back to discuss the workaround they have come up with. I called them back and was put on hold... I waited on hold for twenty minutes before I hung up.

It has been two weeks since we engaged their services and I have not received one email response and we are no closer to resolving our issue. This morning I told them via email, we no longer require their services. We had a terrible experience with this company and recommend that you do not use them.
