Contacted one of you co-agents in India and this is what happened.
We have a BIG problem! Our first website was hacked and had to be redone and re-designed with added security. The first contact person was Alex Green in 2014/2015. We contacted Geometric Box and we were told that the problem would be corrected. This year we were hacked again with posts of porn among other things. We have paid for the security and the back-up since the first incidence. The site is no longer available. We cannot get into the site. We have paid you twice for developing and transferring the site to word press. We have paid you twice for hosting and security plus everything else. Is there a BACKUP of the site? All our work (10 years) is gone. All the files are gone! When the site was transferred the second time it was hacked again! Where are all the files and images? Do you understand what I'm saying? All these actions have put a tremendous amount of stress on our President and Founder, Dr. Patricia Verdugo. Our site was a lifelong dream of Dr. Patricia Verdugo. She had lost all hope of ever seeing her dream come true. At his point we are demanding that you refund us ALL monies paid to you. We have paid Geometric Box approximately $1500 dollars for services not given. We have contacted our attorney and he is drafting a Law Suit against your company which will include pain and suffering, malfeasance and a refund of all monies paid to Geometric Box. We are also contacting Geometric Box here in the USA and telling them what's happened. What are you going to do about this fiasco? I Want an answer now, or buy the end of today, no extensions on the time factor.
