I bought a replacement ice maker. When it arrived it was the wrong part. I contacted GRP for a refund. They asked for a photos of the part and the Make and Model sticker on the appliance. I sent the information. It took some time due to Covid-19 restrictions and some miscommunication. The refund was eventually denied. The excuses offered were that I ordered the wrong part originally and took too long returning. Seems like 'isn't able to' means 'someone doesn't want to' in this case. Every time I contact your company it's just another reason why my case doesn't yet warrant a refund. It's just indecent. GRP stonewalled, that accounts for the length of time it took. And, perhaps I did order the wrong part. That's beside the point. If GRP can't afford to exchange a part or refund a mistake, then they cannot afford to be in good business. I strongly encourage you to seek parts elsewhere.
Part was perfect! Order came very promptly. Cost was cheaper even with shipping included than going through a dealer.

Company should provide a way to test product so the consumer can verify everything is functional. This is just my opinion.
I never thought I could get a part for our very old Jenn air stove. Not only did they have it in stock I received it in 3 days from ordering it. The web site is so easy to use. I will definitely use GRP again.
This revue is about sitejabber not the product. I need to know what I purchased and then the discripition of good deliver, good condition and does it due the job out of the box. The item came out of the bo and fit and the wife loved that she had the draw back.

Haven't received order just yet so can' comment on whether I'll use site again. The order process and location of part was very easy.
Received part, exact match and even had the temp sensor and overheat cutoff included. Very satisfied.
Only disappointment was when called customer support to find a second part (temperature selection switch) although the tech was extremely courteous/knowledgeable/helpful -- sadly the part was no longer available.
