Easy to use fair prices
Terrible customer service. This place is a scam when it comes to return policies. Beware, you will be responsible for all shipping costs (including their original shipping and your return shipping), restocking fees etc. etc. You actually may end up losing more money by returning the item, which they can actually re-sell for the same price, as opposed to just keeping it. They don't care about the customer service. It is not one of their priorities. Company's pricing is reasonable so I would definitely return to them in the future but they are not interested in working with me and keeping me as their customer. A rip off! Stay away.
The drawer fit perfectly in our Samsung refrigerator, model RF28HMEDBSR/AA. Ordering was easy. Shipping was fast. It looks just like the original. Thank you!
Received my part but it did not fit. I returned it the next day. Customer support gave me return instructions. Was disappointed to see the return postage was $37 and the part only cost $53 and $7 shipping. I would have thought return fees would be borne by GRP. I have not received my refund yet but I don't think my return has been received yet. When all the dust settles I'll be out $43 dollars. I am sorry I did not buy this part on Amazon who also had it because the return is free.
I'll have to remember GRP in the future. There's nothing like a genuine original part.

The part we ordered arrived on time, packaged well and was indeed the correct part for our model refrigerator. My husband installed the part and it works perfectly.
I thought I was dealing with Sears (where I bought my Jenn Aire). I didn't know I was transferred to another company.
I received the cartridge for the stove the front (large) burner does not work. I need to return it. How do I do that? I do not have a printer. Will you simple send a UPS/Fedex man to take it and refund my money?

Shopping was quick and painless. Paid with paypal - easy. Have not seen product yet, but advertised as OEM, so is a very competitive price.
The Samsung dryer lint filter that I purchased does not fit my dryer. I was told I could not return it because "All parts must be uninstalled and in new condition to be returned for a refund. The manufacturer will not accept returns on parts that have been installed because they are now deemed used and therefore ineligible to be re-stocked for sale. We also do not sell used parts". This part was not used, it simply did not fit. It is in mint condition and back in the zip lock bag it was received in. Now I own a useless over-priced filter. Never using this company again.
Part received is not compatible with old part. I was mislead my customer rep (Eric).
Part was as expected good replacement works well very happy should have done this sooner oh well live and learn.
Delivery was not on date expected however the company did keep us informed of new delivery date. It was to be expected given most deliveries are longer than expected with covid.
Had the part we needed but shipping service was Horrible. Was suppose to receive part on the 8th but didnt end up getting til the14th. Will NEVER use UPS again!
