I ordered an ice maker for my fridge. It came a day late, but no problem. We got it installed and it works perfectly. The part was pricey, but I think that's more of a manufacturer issue. I was glad they confirmed the model # before I placed the order. We are very please.
Washing machine pump (Amana) arrived promptly. Shaft didn't rotate equally smoothly for a full rotation. I installed it anyway thinking that it wouldn't affect the operation of the pump. Well, it ran through the wash cycle, but stopped at the drain spin cycle. My wife reset the washer and again ran ok until drain/spin cycle where the pump stopped and didn't drain the tub. I didn't return the pump because (1) apparently returns are not accepted if part has been installed, which it was, and 2, we couldn't go any longer without a washer, so we bought a new one. Return policy for defective parts is inconsiderate. Therefore I will look elsewhere from now on.
They kept me informed of the order and where it was, and answered any questions I had patiently.
