Short and sweet. Gave replacement number for outdated number. Spent 2 hours on phone with Whirlpool and less than five minutes on your site hasn't been installed yet so I'm not sure about the fit. I am hopeful though
After I lost $83.88 to this company I wrote a BBB complaint, only to discover this is very common problem with this company. I ordered my LED light by part number on 6/15/20, I received the wrong LED the next day. I attempted to call, chat and email and all were invalid. I returned the part via UPS to the address on the box. They contacted me to request a good review and after several emails they still refuse to refund my money. They received the returned part the next day. I have promised to never bother them with an order again but they still will not give my money back. Now I have no light and no $80. It seems this company does not do refunds for anyone.

Its a really easy to use website. The diagrams and pictures show the part really good.
The door on the soap container broke and the entire soap container had to be replaced. The part fit and now the dishwasher works like it's supposed to.
How I receive my part the next day. Others company want to take a week or so. It was great getting it so quickly.
The part came in 5 days and was packaged very nicely. I thought the price was a little pricey, but it beats buying a new stove.
These were the genuine replacement parts. Seemed a little pricey but I guess you get what you pay for. I'm satisfied.
I ordered the filter for my microwave from three different places. Each time I verified the part number, brand and model only to receive the wrong part. This is the only place where the part actually was the correct size and shape as the previous factory installed part.
Trying to fix it myself. The park is great it was original. But the problem happens to be something else that I called the repair tech that he doesn't even know what the problem is. But buying this part was easy and the company was great to work with and shipped it fast.
My order was shipped with a single layer of packing paper and flush to the sides of the box. If this part was packed with bubble wrap and a larger box, it may have prevented damages during transit. With that said, I am waiting to receive undamaged product or a refund.

Product as described. Packaging was good. Shipping was terrible after product delivered to Post Office. Poor choice of delivery services for 2 day delivery expectations. Delivered to wrong address twice. Had to contact post office twice!
