I ordered a couple light bulbs from them $75 each and they didn't work because they're incompatible to my model.
I tried both bulbs onto my vent hood and didnt work. I attempted a return and they said that
A. The bulb was incompatible to begin with
B. Since I have tried both of them, I can't return it since they don't sell used item.

Basically, the breakdown diagram for my appliance with numbered parts made it easy to select the parts needed. It wasn't just a series of pictures of the parts. Then at checkout, the web site made sure that I was ordering parts for my make/model before processing the order. Pretty foolproof.
The ordering process was excellent. The product was well protected in it's shipping container. However, the shippers that were utilized leave alot to be desired. Apparently their job is to deliver the item, no matter what condition it is in, weither they caused the proclem or not. I received the range hood filter broken. There was no sense in going through the process to get it replace, so I repaired it myself to make it work. As it becomes necessary, I will continue to use your company to supply any required parts.
Your rep said this would fit when I gave him my model and serial number, but as you can see, it is much too long, like a dishwasher handle instead of a compactor handle. I have taken several pictures but can't download them because of an error message that they are too large. The box says return to GPR, 775 Tipton Industrial Dr Ste F, Lawrenceville, GA *******. I couldn't answer you quickly because of a hospital stay. This is not a rating, but a request to return the item.

My part wasn't packed well and arrived broken. With that said the support I received and the quickness I received the replacement part is why I would recommend using this company. They took very good care of my situation.
I received the replacement stovetop coil in good shape. Although the connections for the wires were in different arrangements than my original part, I figured out how to connect the wires and the over now works. Although the part was very expensive, I was able to avoid buying a new stovetop oven.
I was very pleased by the ease with which I could order parts for my refrigerator. The search was easy ND identifying the needed parts was fast. I have needed these parts for several years and just assumed they weren't available. Best of all I got the parts 3 days after ordering and they were exactly right.

I was concerned about the precise product number during my order. Customer service responded promptly and automatically held my order, and referred me to the site to confirm the information. It turned out that the precise part number did differ and they canceled my order and I was able to order the correct part.
It was a part for JennAir cooktop that was discontinued years ago. The needed part was recommended by the Chat/Help (a Whirlpool part). The priced was much lower than JennAir's site offered me and it arrived just in 3 days. It worked! Thank you very much!
Solved the problem. I had a problem finding a YouTube video on how to replace my particular motor and it was via this video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CkOvBWd9gzg
The refrigerator came with the house and the previous owners always bought the best of the best so it's a higher end model and the needed video was hard to find. The lower grade model had access to the motor from inside the door and ours is access via the panel for ice/water in the door.
And my complaint about the website was it only had a picture of one side of the motor. A picture of both sides of the motor would have been nice.
They automatically determined the part I ordered was used and would accept a return. I ordered the part from the exploded parts diagram and it was not a match.
Finding the right part at Genuine Replacement Parts was a big challenge due to the vast amount of similar parts. Finally, I found it, but when receiving it I discover that the harness was different from the original part, so I needed to fix it with the old one, which fortunately was functional: it worked.!
I entered the model number off my refrigerator in the search engine on this website (Genuine Replacement Parts) and I received the correct door shelf to fit my refrigerator. However, GRP wants to tell me I used a totally different model number when searching for the crisper draw (all searched for at the same time and on the same invoice...see bottom of picture for a copy of the invoice). There is no way I came up with a totally different model number of a refrigerator that I don't even have in my house. They refuse to refund me my total amount of $144.89 plus shipping, they refuse to waive the 25% restocking fee, and they will not pay the return shipping it cost through UPS (for the cheapest way possible) of $71.74. This company sending me the incorrect crisper draw has costed me $252.63 and I still don't have a correct $144.89 crisper draw. This company is a total rip off. After numerous emails back and forth over their mistake, they keep telling me it was my fault that I came up with a model number that I don't even have. I would not recommend this website to ANYONE! I will also report them to the Better Business Bureau!
I ordered an "OEM" temperature sensor for my Kenmore model *******3311 gas range and received a part that didn't fit. I tried calling and never got through. While on hold every 10 seconds there's messaging to try to get you to email their support department, and state that "our staff is dedicated to answering your questions as quickly as possible".
I tried emailing multiple times, zero response. Chat line during posted hours, nothing.
Beware of these guys is all I can say. Crap for customer service.
I ordered the base legs thinking that I would get both sides. Instead I received the same leg (part Labeled "A") and there was no screw to fasten it to the base of the TV. Had to search for part "B" and now have an extra leg. Stii no fastener to attach to the base of the TV.
Very pleased with product (refrigerator door shelf) and quick delivery. The part was delivered three days earlier than expected, which was very helpful. Would definitely order from Genuine Replacement Parts again.
Part number delivered was not part number ordered. They are giving me the runaround about returning (multiple 'tickets', emails, documentation, etc).
Now "waiting on the warehouse for info" is the latest delay tactic.
So basically, if you get sent the right part, your good. If not, you're screwed. Ask yourself if its worth the gamble before ordering.
Will happily pay more for someone who stands behind what they send out.
