First time buyer. Pleasantly surprised with prices and overall buying experience of geuinereplacementparts. Parts for kenmore series 80 dryer look to be the exact replacement parts(have not installed, current motor still works but has stopped a couple times) shipping costs were very reasonable for standard shipping and were delivered in a timely manner no complaints there. Besides motor, I plan on replacing idler pully, drum rollers, and drive belt. Was about to replace my 25 year old washer dryer set with a Speed Queen set but to have a fix for less than 100 bucks, it didnt make economical sense. Hope all works out once I install everything. Thanks GRP.

I wrote down the model number, typed it into your search bar and then easily found the lower dish rack section to find a replacement for the silverware holder. Super easy and better pricing than Amazon.

Received the wrong part. Did not know until I put it in and the Dishwasher did not work.
Order was missing parts and had to wait additional 3 days for completion of order.
I paid double for the part from GRP because it would arrive today and I set up a workman to install the part but they lied about the delivery date. So I now have to pay for workman service call and have no part for him to install. I am also leaving on vacation for a week and can't let my refrigerator run without this part so now I have to empty out the frig and freezer and shut it off while I'm gone. Also I read the whole website and interesting that it wasn't until I bought the part did a window pop up stating they refuse to refund any part under 30 dollars. Mine is over that but I think that horrible to do to people and shows how they do business. If I wasn't in a rush I would have save 30 dollars and got the part from Amazon.

THE PART I RECEIVED I FEEL HAD BEEN RETURNED BECAUSE IT WAS MISSING THE HANDLE. I BELIEVE THE PART WAS PLACED BACK IN STOCK AT YOUR WAREHOUSE. THAT PART WAS SENT TO ME. IT WAS NOT IN A FACTORY PACKAGE.
