The part was a exact replacement;was a far price,the shipping price sucked,all in all very happy
Fast shipping, fair price, OEM parts. However it was shipped in a box, and both the box and parts smelled like mold and mildew real bad. Threw the box out and had to leave the part on the patio for a week before the smell went away. Now it's ok.

Simple installed and working. I watched replacement video...very very helpful.washer still leaked over bottom front of door but noticed scum buildup on bottom clear plastic mating part to door seal and cleaned it and completely and this solved the problem.

Very easy to find the part I needed, they had it in stock for a great price and offered two day shipping. The fact that they don't accept any returns, while understandable, is a definite drawback. I am less likely to buy from them in the future because the part I bought, though the service manuals indicated it was the part I needed to replace to fix my dishwasher, did not fix my problem. Now I'm stuck with a broken dishwasher and a part worth over $150 that is useless to me. Again, it is not their fault, but the no return policy will definitely give me pause before buying from them in the future.
Unfortunately Customer Support was unable to combine orders that were placed back to back to eliminate shipping charges. Upping our price by $10. Not my idea of great service, sorry.
