I will be satisfied if I find that these compactor bags fit properly in my compactor.

I ordered from another service 4 weeks ago but never heard a thing, and couldn't talk to them because of 'Covid'. However, with GRP, I ordered the same part and got it in less than a week, and was the correct part. And they were even cheaper than the other service.

The parts were what I ordered and came within a week. The parts worked perfectly. I even installed the missing part of the broiler that was missing when I bought the house. The stove is like new now. The client is now very happy.

Parts fit with no problems needed to heat a little to remove wrinkles. Shipping was not the best, took way to long to receive, 15days?

I've had great success with your site accept for the order last month and was not happy at all. Took way longer than I was paying for so I have resolved this with you. I have also ordered from you again and will continue to but I was very concerned a month or so ago when it took a week and a half to get a Fedex 2 day part. YES I did receive it finally.

Hardest part was finding my part number. Not your fault, just hard to read on he part.

Spring broke so I bought 2 of them in case this happened again. Youtube was a help to get it installed properly with video. Just make sure you have the right model.

I was surprised the part was loosely in a box with no packing material. Also confirmation of the order, packing list or possibly instructions would have been nice to include in the package.

The part was fast, and the correct part. Installed it and it worked perfectly.
