Thank you for the product which I received today, two weeks after I ordered it. That's fine although it seems a bit long for a standard dishwasher part. I could be wrong. What I did not appreciate was a total silence on order status and when I tried to log in could not. It kept saying I did not have an order. And when I tried to 'chat' about it, the chat bot required I use the website tracking not the chat feature. Vicious circle. Anyway, I have it, so thank you! FL
