Simple enough to order part. Even an electrician could do this.
WARNING TO ALL BUYERS
Product measurements are not exactly the one delivered. I ordered 27.5 x 15, product delivered was 30x<15. The advertisement should state product measurements not exact you may have to cut the glass. The online process is not buyer friendly BUT TRICKY. Multiple back and forth when requesting refund or exchange (Other customers has experienced this). I ordered a part for a name brand fridge. They sent me a part for a different brand that cost over $100 less than the one I ordered. The customer support is a joke. On their website they have a phone # and live chat. Neither of them function. You must email them and wait a few days for a response. I showed them my original invoice I ordered. They wanted photos of the wrong part they sent, the invoice, label of my fridge. When I sent them they emailed a few days later and said they didn't get them. This seemed like a stonewalling tactic hoThis went on back and forth with many emails from different service people. Then they ignored me for a week. When I contacted the Credit Card company to dispute the charge they started to play ball. Now they finally admitted they sent the wrong part and have a long list of things for the return to be accepted such as no sharpie writing on the box, no duct tape and threats that if you were not polite about the whole thing they would charge a 25% "restocking fee". Of course I had to pay shipping to and from. What a contrast to Amazon! Stay as far away from this clown show as possible!

The part was delivered on time. The instructions for installation were a bit cryptic. Took me quite a while to figure it out as the part looked so much different then my unit

Freezer door gasket was genuine part, very well made, easy to install. Online ordering was excellent; delivery fast. Will be sure to check this site if other parts are needed.

I purchased a control board for my washing machine, gave the correct model number and they sent me a part that is not the same shape or size of the original part and they insist that the part is compatible as per the manufacturer of the part. Their name is genuine replacement parts but they are not sending genuine parts. They are refusing to give a full refund and are insisting that it is compatible even though the appliance repairman said the part is absolutely not compatible. DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THEM
