The first broiler element you sent was bent very badly. The box had been squeezed. After sending pictures and model numbers, I received a replacement, but it was also bent, though not as much. We straightened the element enough to use it. I do not understand why you ship these without reinforcing with Styrofoam or something.

I received the part I ordered and was concerned first I ordered the wrong part. But after I removed the original part I confirmed it was the correct part and installed it. So far working great.

My service was very good, I had an issue ( ordered wrong part) i sent an email which was replied to on a timely basis, however it went to my junk file. The situation has since been remedied.

I ordered refrigerator shelve glass 27.5 x 15 inches. They delivered 30 x15 in. They require documents including serial number, MN etc to resolve the issue. I cant understand if they advertise the measurement and not deliver the exact item.
