Quick, simple parts I need with fast delivery. When I received the part it was a valve that fit the same as the original but was different. My part has a female water inlet and I had a male 90 degree connection and the filter screen was deep inside the valve and had to disassemble the valve to clean the screen. The screen on the old part is what failed and allowed dirt to block the valve from closing tight. Your replacement part has a male water hose connection with the screen just inside that will allow me to clean or replace the screen before it fails again. I am very happy with the new configuration of the water valve. Thank you for the quality part and the excellent delivery. Dish washer was running fine with in 10 minutes of receiving your part.

The glass was advertised on the web saying approx 27.5 inches (length) and 15 inch width. My fridge width is 28 inches. So I ordered the part. When I received the part (glass), the width was 15 inches and length was more than 30 inches. Not sure what you meant by approx 27.5 inches (length). If the length is more than 30 inches, your ad on the web should have said approx 30 inches and not approx 27.5 inches. When I packed and took it to post office, they said it will cost me $40 to return it back to you. So I brought the package back. Please arrange for a free return for me by sending a UPS or Fedex return label. Not happy with the experience I got from Genuine Replacement Parts. Please take action to set this transaction right.
