Item was received as scheduled and packaged in good condition.
Frame was exact replacement for broken part.

Service was good, fast and effective. I received the part placed it on my dryer only to find out but the part doesn't work! It still rotates just like the old broken one, so I'm no further ahead. I just took the other knob from the other side of the dryer and am using that for both functions.

Ordering and shipment ok.
Upon receiving and installing ice bin, for a week worked great, BUT ice bin again shattered, cracked at bottom of bin. PLASTIC BIN NOT STRONG ENOUGH as auger pulls thru. Whirlpool product.

Entire process was great. They had the part I needed for a reasonable price and delivered it in a timely manner.

My part wasn't packed well and arrived broken. With that said the support I received and the quickness I received the replacement part is why I would recommend using this company. They took very good care of my situation.

The part that I wanted was pictured with a description of a completely different part that I had no use for so I sent it back. I have to pay shipping in both directions which in this case amounted to almost 50% of the cost of the part!
Will not do business with this company in the future!

As the title said, I'm impressed of how the company relayed shipping information step by step even the 1 day delay by Fed Ex which was understandable.

Even more impressive is the part itself is better than the OEM in part if the construction and lint screen material. I'm certain itself will last longer than my dryer. Thanks again

Very fast service to receive the part. Sadly the part didn't work and the oven is still broken. No sure about the return policy.

The website was one of the only ones that was able to identify both parts I needed when searching using keywords. The ordering process was easy and delivery was quick.

I received a quality replacement part in just a few days and installed it with no problems. Washing machine is functioning well.

The order process was straightforward. I managed to get the needed part number from Maytag however the almost $400 dollar price tag from Maytag was off-putting. Genuine Replacement Parts had the same part for MUCH less.

The part is now installed and the washer is much quieter. Very happy overall.

It was a great experience. The part that was order fit and works like it should.

I placed an order on Wednesday and the part arrived on Thursday it also has a great price in comparison to the same part on other sites.

Part provided, described as a direct replacement, did not match original. Once installed, door open alarm came on every 15 minutes. I added a 1/8 shim of wood to the door panel which depressed the replacement switch; problem solved. Why wasn't the exact replacement available for a fridge only 1.5 years old. We.manufacture this crap in Mexico and China and this is what you get!
