My 1st order arrived it was damaged/cracked, the packaging was suspect. GRP sent a replacement part
It arrived, but was in a smaller package, was not protected and was broken in three places, I am still waiting for a replacement part, I am completely unsatisfied and if I do not get a response from GRP will take to social media, I am very disappointed
My mistake. I ordered the wrong size burner. I thought the shipping charge was high since it was only shipped from Vancouver, WA.

They sent me the wrong part. And would not send me a new part. In addition, I paid close to $40.00, I was refunded $26.00 and had to pay the shipping to return the product. To boot, customer service is not customer friendly. How does your business survive. I would never recommend this company to anyone. My overall rating is 0.
