An error was made on my end and the incorrect part was sent to me. I was very pleased with the speed of service in receiving the part but the return/refund process is a hassle. Once I complete the process to return the item, I hope my refund gets to me as fast as it was taken out of my account.
Unfortunately, the part I need is discontinued and no longer available by the manufacturer.
I'm pleased with the way GRP Customer Service has been working with me but it's been a stressful hassle.
