The only this is :( it was the wrong part my fault not yours. This is a very old stove top and the #s were hard to see. I am returning it but your team has been very helpful on how to return it. I will be shopping here again. Thanks so much have a blessed day.

Like the extra step to verify the model number of appliance that the part is being ordered for.

When order was placed it indicated part would arrive next day via FedEx or UPS. After providing payment and confirming order saw it was being shipped via USPS. It arrived in three days. Not a big deal, as I was pleased with the product and price, but the USPS shipping was certainly the less expensive shipping option for you.

Very Easy. At first I was concerned I would need to return this part. Customer service responded right away (even though it was after hours on a Friday). They explained what I needed to do. I was able to resolve the other issue so my refrigerator is up and running. All in all a great company to deal with.
