My oissue (and a minor one) was that one of the 2 items were backordered and I was not notified. It shipped one day later but It would have been helpful to know that.

I didnt get the screws and gasket for my repalcement burner. I snet an email stting so. I got an email that said I could send it back if I wanst happy and that no screws or gasket was due. I replied that the instrucions said they were incldued. I then got this email instead of screws and gasket. This is BS.
The OEM part was exactly what I needed and it was shipped amazingly fast and arrived when I was told it would be here.
I will definitely get more parts here when I need them!
I ordered a door bin for my refidgerator and it was an upper bin when I meant to order a lower bin. They are different sizes and the upper would not fit in the lower slot. When I contacted the service site for information on how to return my part and get the correct part, I was informed that I would have to pay for shipping and an additional twenty five percent restocking fee. Then I would have to place a separate order to purchase the correct part. It seems to me that an easier, more consumer friendly way to handle returns should be explored by the company. My package was damaged during the shipping process and I was informed that I need to send back the original box and that if the box was damaged, I could be charged and not recieve the correct refund. I am also very disappointed that there is no other way to contact a representative other than via email. A service number to speak directly with a representative would be a valuable asset to the company. Trying to get the details of sending it back is quite the hassle. Some way to speak to a representative would be very helpful. If I could be contacted at *******602 I would appreciate it.
I am very happy with the part I received (grill for Jenn air indoor gas grill). I wish I had known that it does not come with the igniter though. I had to order that separately through another site.
