Genuine Replacement Parts

The packaging the element came in was not good. It was exposed and the metal clip that was attached broke off and was bent. Overall though I would probably buy from eparts again.

I found exactly the part I was looking for and it was in stock. Easy process. I really like how the parts are photographed on a 1x1 grid. It helps to make sure the part matches the original.

You had the part i needed, best part or we wouldn't of had this shopping experience. I found out upon receipt that it was not the one I needed. We will now see how the return process goes

Possibly because of COVID19 part took a long time to arrive and there was no communication from the business until the part arrived. Everything else was good.

The part you sent looks exactly like the old one, but doesn't fit like it should, might have to pay some one to do it. Gonna end up costing as much for tht as it would have if they supplied the part

I was relieved to find that the part we needed was indeed available. I hope we don't need any other parts in the future, but I've bookmarked the page just in case.

The website works well enough, but you don't carry a complete inventory of complimenting parts. I order the damper pads for an A712 maytag washer but you don't have the glue for those parts.

Pretty seamless. However, I found the stated delivery time to be VERY misleading. I expected 2-day delivery from wha I read NOT the six or so days it actually took.
