Site was very easy to use and had the item that no one else had in stock due to going obsolete / EOL / No longer available on competing sites. Price on this site was also 50.00 USD less than competitors. Product arrived with correct P/N, New Item, Latest Revision as properly identified in P/N ID tag sporting correct wire harness that has the later style connectors to controller. The motor was inspected and approved and installed in appliance and tested good. PASS.

This site - is a legitimate seller vs. fake sites that take people's money and ship empty boxes or nothing at all. I almost got taken by the latter but decided to look into the company at the Better Business Bureau and Consumer Reports.

Thank heavens for legitimate sites such as Genuine Replacement Parts who ship out legitimate OEM items as described on the site. I will be using this site in the future and recommend and promote this site to others. This site saved the customer from buying a new A/C Unit. New A/C motor is in, the A/C unit works perfectly thanks to this seller and their business.

The parts were delivered on time and in good condition. Unfortunately we couldn't use them because the dishwasher was too damaged and has to be replaced. So I had to return the parts.

Excellent IF it's the right part, which I am confident that it is. Your number for my control board part adds an 8 as a suffix to my model #. I chatted with Stephanie at Kitchen Aid. She assured me that the eight is just a "
"line change adder", and the model number for both of them is MY model number KFIS20XVMS. If you think that this is wrong, PLEASE CONTACT ME. John Cooper

UPDATE: It is the WRONG PART. I wanted a "Dispenser Control Board". They sent me a "Main Control board". I want to work with GPR to arrange an exchange or a refund! John Cooper

Dappz did not deliver the part I ordered claiming it was on back order with no anticipation of when it would be available so they were cancelling my order. When I ordered the part the website so 3 in stock. I price on the website was $115 - a very good price. And they indicated delivery within a couple of days, so the amount of time without a dishwasher would be limited.

After I received the email saying that the part was not available and that my credit card payment would be refunded, I resumed my search for a supplier of the part. Interestingly, DappZ came up in the search results, still showing 3 available, but now at a price of over $200. I just went to look at their site today and they show 6 in stock at a price of $194.89. So I am a bit suspicious that the Dappz had an error in their pricing and that the part was not out of stock as I was told. I did receive the refund to my credit card so at least Dappz didn't require me to file a denial of the charge.

I ended up ordering the part from Sears Parts at a cost of $159. However, the attempt to order from Dappz cost us a couple extra days with a dishwasher and a couple extra $$$.

Dappz was good

Dappz was good. The item did not come with both nuts for the heating element. Only one was in the box. I had to use the old nuts. This was disappointing at best.
