When it was first installed the felt seal came out of its slot. Then fell apart. I will not reorder again.
This item fits perfectly for my oven. Good packaging and the shipping was fast... Price is high for just 1 piece, in my opinion, but the quality is very good, cant tell its a replacement knob and not the original. Will definitely shop again for future needs.

Easy ordering process and prompt delivery of a quality part. I should have used this place first. I ordered a lesser expensive one from Amazon because I thought it would be easier and arrive faster, but it broke in less than a week. Don't make the same mistake I did, get your parts from here. The shipping is just as fast the part is OEM and quality.
The inner tub I purchased from you will not accept the filter plugs I purchased to replace the white round filter that was on the bottom of the old tub. Either the tub was made wrong or it wasn't supposed to be made for the washer. It's a basic universal tub by whirlpool for multiple badges as they come down the assembly lines. First photo is the old tub with the large holes. Second is the new tub with the smaller holes.

You didn't list the size of the turntable anywhere on the product description on your website. Because of that error i ordered the product based on its appearance on the website. Only after i received it did i realize it was too big for my microwave AND THEN FOUND OUT THAT I COULDN'T EXCHANGE IT, RETURN IT OR RECEIVEANY CREDIT BACK FOR PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT. I doubt i will ever order anything else from your company.
Some of the parts in this kit did not exactly match the original parts in my dishwasher, and so did not fix the problem I was having with this appliance. I wasted nearly $100 on these "replacement" parts, and have decided to replace the appliance completely.

It was a part for JennAir cooktop that was discontinued years ago. The needed part was recommended by the Chat/Help (a Whirlpool part). The priced was much lower than JennAir's site offered me and it arrived just in 3 days. It worked! Thank you very much!
The web site is very responsive without any extra stuff to get in the way of the search. Ordering is direct and efficient. The delivery was on time as expected. When the part was received, there was a slight difference in fit with original part. Customer service was easy to get a live person who helped with arranging return, followed up with email message with clear instructions for the return.
The overall experience would be an ideal model for any public facing corporation. Too bad so many companies fall so far short of this model.

This company is a rip-off. They sent me the wrong part and now they are saying that they won't change it or refund my money because the part is now considered used. I have not even taken the plastic off the part, because I could see that the connecting strip is not the right size,. They tell you that the part will fit your appliance and then blame you if it doesn't and will not take a return or give you your money back.
