We could not return a $360 part because we didn't have the same box they sent it in. Horrible customer service. Please don't waste your money

Frigidaire original OEM part fit perfectly as expected. Felt price was fair as other non OEM for our freezer were more when I shopped around. Shipping at $6.99 was also a fair price. (i mean FAIR as reasonable non-gouging etc). Got it in a reasonable amount of time. Would order from this site again for other OEM parts.

After finding out that my order could not be stopped before it was shipped even though they were closed I was emailed at least three times by customer service what the procedure was in order to qualify for a refund after a restocking fee of course. Box in which item was shipped had to be the return box and could not have any blemishes, writing or tape on it that would distract from re-selling item. You need to acknowledge in writing that the item has not been installed or used. You have to pay for shipping and a restocking fee. Once they receive the box, they will inspect it and determine if you in fact met all the criteria spelled out in their instruction email. Since I had just mailed a box weighing at least 30lbs to Newport Island New York, same size box and it cost $12.50 I figured might be even less because it was about 3 lbs., but I was okay with the same. I was shocked to find out that it would cost $37.+ to return plus the restocking fee. The item cost less than the shipping alone... UPS indicated that it was because of the location it was going to. Well, now that is interesting, obviously GRP knows that they will not get any returns because they certainly are aware of shipping to the location, they chose for it to go which must be a massive commercial hub of some sort. Bottom line here is that I will never do business again with these people, they certainly are not out for any kind of customer support and consequently repeat business.
Bought online, was supposedly shipped on Friday Afternoon, had an email confirming shipping from Genuine on Friday afternoon with planned delivery on Monday 12/26. Fed Ex didn't receive item until Tuesday 12/27. According to *******@genuineparts.com, when they checked the warehouse, it was confirmed to be shipped by warehouse personnel on Monday, yet Fed ex didn't receive from GRP until after 5 PM on Tuesday PM. Genuine blamed weather for the delay in getting it to me Lawrenceville GA- Cornelia, GA! Go figure!

Found them online when looking for a specific AV cable. Their website asked the model of my device and directed me the part to buy. After receiving the part it was clearly the wrong one. Contacted them and was asked to take a series of pictures of packaging, cable, part it was being used on. They came back and said I ordered the wrong part and an extended, ridiculous explanation as to why I couldn't get a refund or exchange for the actual correct part. Explained I order the part based on their website. No response. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to buy your part.

Follow-up 12-19-2022:
First order 12-08-2022: Received product from my first order in two days. Uugh. Made me get up and start working sooner than I wanted.but then with my wife naggin' (hahaha). Seriously, parts ordered were direct fit OEM parts and great delivery time. So, while I was in there, I thought I'd replace some other parts...cuz ya know, I didn't want to have to get up again, so I ordered more stuff.
Second order: 12-08-2022: Second order was made the same day as the first order. I believe I received the second order with the first order. Again, direct fit OEM parts. Very satisfied.
Third order 12-10-2022: Given these washing machine door boot spring clamps were ordered on a Saturday, they didn't go out till the following Monday, no problem. So, all the other parts are installed, perfect fits, now just waiting on these two final parts to finish it up. Expected delivery was Wednesday the 14th. Now I know what you're thinkin'...it's the 19th and I still don't have them...hahaha. I received them a day late, on Thursday. That was on FedEx, and probably because it's Christmas time and FedEx is swamped. No problem.
Overall experience: Definitely will be back to 'Genuine Replacement Parts', at least to competitive price check. Of course, I checked the world's largest retailer (name starts with an "A"), and Sears Parts Direct, alone with a host of other online sellers of OEM parts. My appliance is a Kenmore Elite washer, 796.*******.410. Parts from "A" were similarly priced, some were 2-day delivery, but I personally have concerns (strictly my opinion) about some product genuineness from that seller. Some parts from Sears Parts Direct were quite a bit more expensive and delivery times were longer.
So, parts from 'Genuine Replacement Parts'...fair price, OEM direct fit parts, washing machine is running like new, wife isn't naggin' (hahaha), and I'm sitting down again. Everyone is happy.
