I ordered a pair of the black Leather Oxford Shoes to Liverpool UK.
I thought they would take over a 3 weeks to come at least since they was shipping from Canada.
Within 6 days I had them on my doorstep! Fantastic and quick delivery even though it was international shipping.
Would highly recommend it!
I am still waiting for my order after over a month. I received an order receipt which stated "we'll send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your order ships." I never received the shipping confirmation email. When I inquired about it with customer support, they told me it is not an issue. When you say you will do something and then you don't, that is an issue and also a sign of a poorly run business. Don't waste your time and money with these people.
Most of the products sold here are of good quality. The most attractive feature is the no question asked 30 days return policy which cover almost all the products sold over here.
Besides, the look, facility of the web portal maintained by this business giant is of FIVE star rating.

Thought I would actually click on an ad for once as I had seen it pop-up on FB a few times when they offered me sunglasses for free all I had to do was pay shipping! Cool, I thought. Wrong, not only did my order "ship that same day" (they just created a call tag for the item to be picked up, I was impressed) it was 10 USD for shipping time between 14-35 business days?! Fast forward 22 days and I contact customer service (only open from 5pm-5am pst and yes I typed that right), and they tell me it "should be there soon". I still have yet to receive my shipment 33 days post order and no contact back from them regarding it. "processing time" score: 1 shipping time score: -500 convenience score: 1 product score: TBD?
They used to only have help available by email, now they have a live chat feature that's very helpful. Pricing is eye-gouging but they will promptly respond to any issue you might have.
