Ordered a loveseat on 06/24 still haven't even gotten a tracking number. They lied about shipping times in Instagram ads that I continue to get "3-5 day shipping!" I got hung up on 5 times when I called customer service and have gotten mysterious random emails from various members of their customer service team all saying different things. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Hopefully someone who works there sees this and actually talks to me because I'm furious. Complete joke.
