My wife had looked for a specific ring that she wanted for Christmas and had found it at GemsNY online. She asked me to take a look at it and see if I liked it too. I did like it and agreed that I would buy it, but it was no longer available the next day. She was very disappointed so I called GemsNY and they agreed to create the ring that she wanted at the very same price that it had been online. The person I spoke to was very understanding and wonderful to work with.

He gave me an approximate date when he thought it would ship. We received the ring several days before that date and my wife loved it. Great quality with supporting documentation.

Great Customer Service
This company is fantastic from all facets. I purchased an engagement ring through the make your own ring process where I chose a GIA certified ruby oval and a beautiful three stone setting. I was kept informed during the entire process as to what was happening. I received the ring in 5days (site stated 2weeks time).

Furthermore, the engagement ring looked better in person. I thought it was really pretty. My experience with GemsNY was the best customer service I ever experienced. Not only were they helpful from the beginning when I was just shopping, but also to the end after my purchase. It's hard to imagine such customer service from an online company or from a brick and mortar company for that matter.

Vishal was great in helping us put together a custom engagement ring and wedding band, obviously a big decision! He was knowledgeable and flexible in helping us arrive at the configuration that met exactly what I was looking for aesthetically but at the right price. The price also can't be beat because I paid the same for my set as I would have paid for the engagement ring only with a much smaller sapphire at a local jeweler. One of the most important factors for me was that he was very responsive, compared to some other stores and online retailers that took their sweet time getting back to me and had less ability to customize to my needs. His responsiveness inspired a lot more confidence in an otherwise big decision and somewhat daunting selection process. Highly recommend.

When I first was looking for an anniversary present for my wife I wanted to get emeralds. I did a web search and came across gemsny.com. They have a really cool site that allows you to pick the stones with pictures and data and pick the setting from a large variety of settings. I picked out the makings of a ring but decided to call as I like to talk to someone when I make a larger purchase like this.

Vishal answered the phone and was AWESOME from the start. I gave him the item number of the stone, he actually said for the same money he had a better stone... sent me the item number and I looked at it on line... while we were on the phone. He was right. I agreed and used the setting I had already chosen, paid and within a week or so the ring arrived.

OMG it was beyond my wildest dreams, gorgeous. My wife loved it. She like it better than her wedding ring. So for anniversary two I called Vishal and asked if he could come up with earrings with stones and setting to match the ring. Whalla - done and another hit.

Then this year I was pendant time. Same procedure. He did an amazing job and my wife was awestruck by this emerald pendant.

The prices are excellent, the stone quality is superb, and the settings are well constructed and beautiful. One day I will go to NY and visit GEMSNY and meet Vishal in person. He is so incredible and helpful.

I recently purchased a custom birth stone ring from Gemsny for my wife. I live in Nevada and Gemsny is in New York. I was a little nervous, but I wanted to give my wife a very special ring. After looking on their site and working with Vishal, I ordered a ring. I got to choose the stones except the garnet, Vishal picked out this stone, nice job. I choose the setting with my wife's approval of course. We got to see what the ring will look like before placing the order. When we received the ring, my wife absolutely loves it. She even made the comment "it's nicer than I had expected". When it is time again to buy that special piece, rings, earrings, pendent, ect..., I will definitely shop Gemsny. I found this place online because I could not find what my wife wanted locally in Las Vegas Nv. Thank very much Gemsny.

I wanted to give my wife something special for our 40th Wedding Anniversary. After shopping local jewelry stores and many online jewelers, I chose a Ruby Tennis Bracelet from Gemsny.
When I asked if it would be possible to have the bracelet on time, they did everything possible to help me out.
The bracelet arrived yesterday, I gave it to my wife last evening and she was thrilled. It surpassed all of my expectations in both quality and value. Unlike other Rubies that I've seen, these were natural and a deep red color. We couldn't be more pleased. In the future, my first stop will be this jeweler.

I visited the office of Gems NY from out of town to view emeralds for a custom ring. It was an incredible experience to see so many emeralds side-by-side. Everyone in the office was so kind and helpful, and I found the perfect emerald that was "the one" for my ring. This was not a high-pressure experience, and I am grateful that I was able to visit their office and find a stone that I love.
I also had Gems NY make the custom ring setting for the emerald, and I LOVE the ring. I could not have improved anything, it was just what I wanted. I am a very happy customer.

We have just purchased another ring from GemsNY. Once again we have received excellent advice and service fron Ernie. As Canadians we were once a bit uneasy purchasing online from an American company but I can assure other Canadian purchasers of the future that GemsNY is a professional reputable company. Excellent service. I had no problem returning the first ring. The sales manager Ernie was a pleasure to talk to. I order a Alexandrite ring that was really pretty but the stone was small and I talked to him and he said the next stone I picked out was larger and clearer than the first one and he thought I would like it much better, he was right, I just received the second ring and it is absolutely beautiful. I will recommend them to anyone looking for a pretty ring. Also the price is excellent.
