Stay away from this dealer if you don't want any problems. Absolutely dubious. I ordered a cell phone and paid with Paypal. Then after 4 days I wrote to them to ask why the goods hadn't been sent. Then they came back and said the cell phone was not available and I should choose another one. Email communication always takes a day. They aren't able to respond any faster. I didn't want anything else so I asked for a refund. They confirmed it. So I ordered the cell phone from Mediamarkt. A day later I received the cell phone from Geekmaxi. Then the chaos began. It was a long ordeal and back and forth. I sent the cell phone back. Didn't get the money because I had to prove that they had received it. Something like this has never happened to me before. After a long struggle I finally received the money. So stay away from this seller, totally unprofessional.

Stofzuiger na nog geen maand stuk. Bijna 2 weken moeten aandringend voor oplossing. Uiteindelijk mag ik hem retour sturen op 06/09. Is bij hun afgeleverd op 09/09. Vandaag 19/09 een mail. " de stofzuiger is niet meer op voorraad, kan u €110 betalen zodat we de nieuwe versie kunnen opsturen". Das wel lef hebben. Ik betaal helemaal niets. Ze hebben exact nog 3 dagen om het probleem op te lossen. Anders zullen we het via de juridische weg moeten oplossen waarbij ik dan €100 schadevergoeding zal eisen per dag dat het niet opgelost is.
