I recently purchased an Binai tablet which, over a period of some weeks, did not operate entirely as expected. Geekbuying were patient and helpful throughout this period and even though I elected not to return the tablet, they provided a partial refund.
Device that was purchased is incapable of performing the task it was purchased for (Specifically: Watching 'catch-up' TV)
Despite making it very clear on a number of occasions that I wanted to return this product, Geekbuying insisted that I do time consuming 'updates' on the product, which made no difference at all.
Geekbuying did everything they could to discourage the return of the item, eventually offering roughly half the purchase price as a 'go away' payment. Out of shear frustration, it was accepted.
I absolutely do NOT recommend Geekbuying and will not be using them again.
I purchased a GPD q9 from their website it stated on their website that it was in stock. 3 weeks later they got the actual product in and a month later I received it in the mail. The product is not work fully there are dead pixels on the screen after emailing geekbuying which takes two days for them to get back to you there's simple answer was well it's still working how about a $5 refund towards it. This company is rip off, being a Chinese company there is nothing you can do about it unfortunately!
I have purchased two phones from here and on both occasions, they have been fantastic. Great prices and quick delivery. On my third phone, I selected the wrong model and needed a refund. Within message, they had resolved the problem and processed a refund. Excellent service all round.
I really appreciate Geekbuying.com's customer service. They responded to my emails very quickly and provided the help I needed. They even helped resolve a problem with my product very quickly as well. Thus I really appreciate this store's quick responsiveness and support. I would buy from them again!
Support really ****. Support is only in the form of e-mails and they reply to your e-mails only once in a day. If you have a problem/question to get it resolve/to make them understand it will take days at this pace. While ordering it was showing Free Delivery but the package came to USPS and support people are asking me to go and pick. How ridiculous this, geekbuying support people are telling this is called "Free Delivery". Support people say whatever and take how much time they want they will take to reply to you but when you have a problem they talk about rules. I want to give less than "1" but it's not possible.
Initially, support people talk nicely but when you have some issue they try to tell that that is not their mistake.
If you buy from geekbuying.com and if there is no issue then no problem but if you face any issue then contacting support will be your permanent job until it resolves or you drop off.

Have ordered here a few times now, for example the phone I have been using for the past two years, which I received within 3 weeks from the moment I ordered it. Last Sunday I ordered something, but changed my mind a day later. I contacted customer service and they cancelled the order for me, and gave me a refund (which I received today).
I bought mobile smart phone in here twice time. The phone was good and service team member also was good. If I have some more chance to buy any others, I would like to use this site. I recommend geekbuying.

At first I thought that I would have problems because it was a site I had just met, so I looked for recommendations and I ended up throwing myself. I liked it so much, the prices are incredible, and the service is wonderful. I will recommend it to my friends.
