I ordered an item and I was told that the label was damaged and need to pay another fee for something I already paid for. There's no way to get a live person or access the help site. I will never use this company again

Have not received order

Let me start by saying they don't even respect you to even have a real person talk to you. My package didn't arrive when it said it would they then tell me to give it till this date we'll tha another month away. Let's just say I still don't have it. On another order I payed extra for shipping to have it the following Friday. You will never guess what happened it didn't get here I get a notification from them saying the date changed. Wait I payed the extra shipping to have it here buy next Friday that means Friday. That doesn't mean you send me a notification the day after you are changed the date. Because I all ready payed the money. And no where on the notification did it say I would get some any or all of the extra shipping I payed... go to eBay or amazon they have real people to talk to

No help from them

I bought many items from Geek and the treated me good until I bought a szsinocam security camera from them, It doesn't work. I contacted them many times about a refund and they use many reasons why they won't give me a refund. When you buy some items from US and they are defective you can return for a new one that works, why not Geek, From Dave

After a subscription permanence of more than 1 year and several purchases which took 30 and more days on average to arrive, my account has been unexpectedly banned. Not knowing the reason and sure to have done anything forbidden, I followed their requests, even if against the privacy, and I sent them copy of my ID document and part of my credit card bill with the list of expenses already done with them. Even if I did it over 1 month ago, my account has not been restored... Stupid and not professional at all.

TERRIBLE

So, high on my "savings" from Wish.com, I downloaded Geek on my phone. I thought I would save some money on some pens, so I placed the order on May 18th or 19th. It's June 21st and they were supposed to be here June 5th. They arrived in Canada very fast, in my city very fast, but despite calling all the mail and package delivery companies in my city, the tracking number is too long or too short. The numbers I called gave me a out of service signal when I called, and there was no option to email them. I stupidly purchased 2 other items that are supposed to show up June 28th, but I really don't have high hopes, or even a hope and a prayer that they're going to show up. Don't bother phoning the customer service phone number, it's just a recording on loop and you never have the option to speak to someone real.

If you are in no rush, then I suppose you could use this site. But I suspect, the "stores" wait until they have enough orders and then they order from somewhere else. Once they receive it, they re-package it as their own and send it to you.
I live in Canada... over 90 days before package received. AliExpress... from a factory... 21 days to Canada.

Ive ordered from Geek and the products are always as good as advertised.
In addition... every email communication from them refers to the order number & if you scroll down there is a picture of the item. This extra detail in communications is very, very helpful.
