These motherf***** are stealing from people. Don't order ANYTHING from them. Months now without receiving the rc car I ordered for $69 and no tracking info on it. And they offered me $2 than $4 than $7 and now $15 and told me I could resell it when I get it.

I ordered shoe containers through rainbowwii.com. It was actually geardate or livingdebest in disguise. I received my order 2 months after purchase, I only got 8 out of 10 containers, one was broken, and the wrong color. I emailed them wanting them to make it right by sending me my correct order or a refund. They said that because the "shipping fee is raising they could only send me 8. Would I accept a partial refund of $2." Definitely not a credible company. Terrible! They are working under 3 different names. Lesson learned! Please do not order from any of these companies. They don't even deserve the 1 star that I gave them.

I ordered an electric fence color for my son's dog who had to leave for the military. It cost me $53 on Black Friday with a 60% off. I figured this was probably right knowing how much they cost. I was excited to get it did you ever really wanted to keep my son's dog for him but when I got it it would not charge and half the pieces are missing. He will not respond to me and when I turned them into my credit card company they stated that they delivered the merchandise and gave them a tracking number. I paid with PayPal and PayPal won't help me at all they say I got the merchandise when I got with somebody else's trash

Ordered a 3 n 1 robot vacuum with charging base. They sent me a totally different order. I sent them a email and they told me they would refund me 5.00 I sent them another email telling them that wouldn't be acceptable that I wanted a full refund of 51.99 they had the nerve to email me back telling me to be realistic and that they would only give me 8.00.

I ordered a phone case, and trust me i read the reviews. I guess they can put enough good reviews to make it look good. I looked at ths address listed before ordering which was in the U.S. i tracked my package which took over a month to get 6 weeks to be exact. It was coming from China! It was held up in customs for a few weeks and by the time i get it and open it the inside cover of the case is scratched and it is such poor quality. I emailed them right away. They say sorry to hear that and asks for pictures. They offered me $2 and said i could keep the case. What! I told them that was insulting and that would take as ths ridiculous loss it is. I will be making reviews on Facebook as well.

His place is a joke. They falsely advertised items as bean bag CHAIRS and what they sent were just covers! They refuse to allow me to return. They ridiculously offered a $5 refund for a more than $65 purchase. The stupidly said I would be permitted to keep the items and I could "sale" them if I didn't want them. Do not do business with theses people they are scammers, and have been report to every Federal agency I could find to take complaints. They are under investigation.

I am mad at myself, usually I read reviews first and this time I did not. I ordered what was supposed to be a storage unit that hold shoes. The picture shows a nice unit that looks sturdy and holds 12 pair of shoes. I was informed by UPS that I would receive the unit today. Since (according to the picture) its a nice size unit, I made sure I was here to bring it in. Just to give insight on what I ordered and what I received I have enclosed pictures of both. Really upset after waiting all this time...

Ordered 3 items as a whole package in November 2019 as a Christmas present for my son, I've only received 1 of the 3 items at the begging of January 2020. I've sent multiple emails, and only received a response 2 times. Supposedly my other items were returned, not sure why they would be. The post office said they never left China? I will never buy from any other company other than Amazon or eBay again, and I will from now on, always use PayPal. I'm sure hoping I didn't get scammed out of the other 2 items and my money.

I ordered a drone at the end of November 2019 for my son for Christmas. That is all he asked for so I went ahead and splurged... as Christmas approaches I still did not get my product so I continue to contact them daily to only get responses that it has been shipped for me to be patient etc. Christmas came and gone no product, I had to find another drone and spend another hundred plus dollars just so that my son could wake up Christmas morning for the only thing he ask for. I asked for a refund and he gave me the runaround. Still continues to give me the run around telling me to allow him or them to make it right and re-issue me the drone. Now I'm getting continuous emails stating that it has been recent re-shipped and I still have not received it and on the tracking it states nothing that It has been shipped... I finally sent an email and threatened him and I will make do on my promise that I will hunt down this company which is located in China and I will in sure with every means that the word gets out and that this company is shut down! I contacted the Better Business Bureau and the internal affairs and have given them the information that I have on hand on this company!

I bought5 a ruggie alarm for 37.95 and wasn't thrilled with product as i couldn't set the alarm. I tried to send back and they said they couldn't do return and give me back 3.00. I cannot believe what a horrendous company would do this. If only I would have found this site, I wouldn't have been scammed. Omg! Also advertising, I wished i would have put on credit card but i gave a bank card and i'm never going to see that money again. Lesson learned! Judy
