How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Geardate.com?

they screw around and finally will get back & try to give you a 3.00 refund on a product that cost me 38.00

Email only as far as I can tell. They do answer but it takes 2 to 3 days.

Via email only as they are in China. They would typically answer my questions in the middle of the night (due to time difference).

They respond to emails within 3 business days. They pretend to cooperate, but do not follow through. Their obvious use of translation software make communication difficult.
