Item is over two weeks late from delivery date. I ordered it over six weeks ago, ruined Mother's Day gifts for almost a $100 order. The customer service was virtually unreachable. Once I finally got ahold of them by email only, they were totally NOT helpful and continued to tell me to wait and refused to help track down my order. Terrible experience all the way around. Still have not received a refund! Wish there were negative stars to give. Horrible experience.
Order the bubble necklaces, expecting that they were sterling silver, I received them only to find them made of plastic. Thoroughly disappointed with this product, nothing but junk! Do not order products from this site without a complete and exstensive background check. All be it one should not have to go thru so much when they advertise top quality products on their site.
I ordered a mug 1st year boyfriend 12/15 promising to get here before xmas. It is Jan 7 2019 status says it's shipped the, 3rd but it's stuck on 3rd, with no movement. Like every review, I feel it's false, advertising and bad customer service.
Stay away. Do not purchase anything from this company. They use your ideas to sell merchandise on your behalf then keep all proceeds. Scammers from the gitgo. Many complaints and now lawsuits forthcoming.
I bought one of the Father & Son charms that you see in your facebook ads. The chain is junk, s/h time was a joke, and their communication only said it will be shipped out soon as its ready. Acting like its a customized charm. The price is not worth the price you pay. Then couple days later they send me email to review my purchase. Since I answered it honestly with 1 stars and hit Submit it takes me to page that says I do not have access. WTF? They don't want honest reviews.
Ordered a Viking shieldmaiden necklace Nov. 2016 for Christmas. The chain and pendant were trashy looking and cheap, looked nothing like online pic. Sent back Dec. 10, still waiting for refund! Tried to call, & for 3 months got a recording they're unable to respond b/c of the backlog from holiday sales. Protect yourself, do not buy from this company!
Bought a necklace for my wife for Valentine's Day. I ordered in what I thought was plenty of time for it to arrive but it showed up two weeks later! It was the cheapest piece of crap I've ever seen! I've asked for a refund and if one is not given soon I will contact Paypal.
My wife really loves it- when she shows it to her friends and family she gets "wow is that nice, your lucky" We didnt have too much problems receiving the product other than a little too long but will order more in the future
I purchased a custom coffee mug with photo. I have emailed customer service 3 times and only receive a computer generated email back, very generic that they are forwarding my email on to the appropriate party. Never received an answer. They state they respond to all emails promptly. I dont think 2 weeks is promptly! Wouldnt order again! Status never changes from day 1 of ordering!
My long sleeve T-shirt came in good time. It is a very good fit and quality looks great too. Perhaps a S2k logo might give the graphic even greater prominence but very happy with what I have purchased
What was suppose to be a beautiful necklace with truly meaningful words advertised as perfect gift for wife is nothing but bubble gum machine quality junk. Can't read any of the inscriptions without straining and a magnifying glass. I wouldn't give this to a 5 year old let alone my wife. Heed the many warnings and don't order any necklace item from this company.

Don't buy from this scam artist. I ordered paid for it and have gotten the round around ever since. This Christmas 2017 I have been scammed 3 times. No more ordering anything from FaceBook vendors or anyone else that isn't well know. Stay away, you have been warned. One star for taking our money!

My husband ordered the Valentine's necklace from gearbubble on 2/9 & received it 3/3. After waiting for what was suppose to have been a Valentine's time gift, turned out to be a joke. Writing on plastic so tiny you need magnifying glass to read it. My 14 yr. Daughter wouldn't where this junk. Requesting a full refund. Will never order from them again!
I think this may be a major scam here... ordered a mug over 2 weeks ago and yet still reads June 30th on tracking site. No one to contact, no one replying to emails. FB better remove them from their lineup of advertisers instead move to scammers.

The options available were endless. I first saw this best friends coffee mug as an advertisement on Facebook. When I place my order, I later ready comments stating that it was a scam! They couldn't be more wrong! My beautiful mug arrived for my best friend's birthday & she loved it! Quick shipping, great communication, I'd definitely recommend GearBubble!
Order for a Christmas gift. Took almost 3 weeks for delivery. I received it on the 23rd. I'm not complaining because I was kept up to date as to when it would arrive. This has been a very bad year for postal deliveries but GearBubble came through. My brother was thrilled with the shirt. His favorite so far!
I ordered on Dec 7th. Still don't have it! Horrible customer service since when you email them you get generic auto reply back. This was a Christmas gift for my daughter... wonder if I'll have it by Easter?! If my item isn't received soon or comes and isn't a good quality, I'm stopping the charge thru my bank!
