Worked great for me

I made an account just to say how much I had a great experience with GB. A lot of these reviewers only have one post and it honestly looks like some kind of smear campaign. I bought a mug and a shirt and thought they both looked great and were shipped very fast.

Ups and downs

When I ordered my mug, I wanted to order more than one. Had to go through the whole order process a second time, a little irritating. But, upon arrival, was very happy with the mugs, their size, quality and, especially the great packaging. I was not expecting the writing to be on both sides, but it was. More than a moderate surprise because I am left handed and most mugs come right handed. Very pleased.

I ordered this mug for my wife and she loves it. It is very well made. Gearbubble stayed in contact with updates through each part of the process; order confirmation, design, fabrication, and shipping. The packaging was excellent and the mug arrived safe and sound. Will definitely order from them in the future!

Did not receive item.

I ordered a single coffee mug on December 12, for Christmas. At the time I placed the order, it said I would receive my item in 5-8 days.
Got a message on 12/20, with a USPS tracking number. Super! Right on schedule.
Today, almost a week later - USPS still shows as "Waiting for Package".
It is now after Christmas. Item is of no use to me now. Will be canceling order.
(It should also be noted that there is no phone number to contact this company. Emails state at the bottom that live chat is available on the website, but after much searching I was not able to find it. Only contact is by email/postal mail.)

I ordered a personalized mug for my husband for Christmas with a cute saying on it about our dog. It arrived within a week and was exactly as the preview showed. I hope I can wait until Christmas to give it to hubby, it's so adorable. This is a guy who is never far from his little buddy dog, Tre', and I predict it will become his favorite mug!

Do not try and return item. Although their return policy says full refund no matter what the issue, they will not let you return the item.

Repeated e-mails always return robot answers. Worst customer service ever. A total waste of money.

After reading the awful reviews on this company, I was definitely hesitant to buy from them. I did anyway and hoped for the best. I am soooo happy with my cat dad mug. The quality is great. The picture of my cat is really good quality. The shipping did take longer than expected but I did contact customer service and they were very helpful. The next day it was shipped and although I ordered on December 1st and just received my item, it is still here before Christmas so I have no complaints. I will definitely be buying more customized items from gear bubble in the future!

Too bad and too slow
February 12, 2017

Ordered 1 mug on 27 November so i can have it before 20 December. Received email on 17 January, it's shipped, but tracking showed it left on 9 February and is still in transit. I dunno what to expect. And they are asking me to leave feedback. Worst and laziest service ever. No update to advise if there is delay and why? Website tells 2-3weeks. Took 3 months for a mug. I had ordered something better from china and received in a month. Never recommending ever

Company is a scam! I ordered a color changing mug for my wife. 21 days later still no mug just a $#*! load of excuses why I haven't received it! Check tracking number an it said no number existed. I called my credit card company to get a refund an got it! How do your employees sleep at night knowing they are screwing people out of their hard earned money! Carma will have its day with ur company!

I just love the beautiful artwork on the front of my new long-sleeved t-shirt that I just got. It's a soft and high-quality cotton fabric and feels cozy. I have already washed it and it still looks great, and you can't beat the Saxophone on the front with flowers! Very cool!

I bought a specific mug for my fiance for a couple of reasons: 1) they saying on it made me laugh really hard & his sense of humor is as warped as mine, so I knew he would love it; 2) he's been going through a rough time & he really could use the laugh. It arrived at his place, he opened it & he laughed a lot. He absolutely loved it. Thanks GearBubble for the great mug.

Fun for Dad

Tucker's Dad loved the coffee mug we ordered for Father's Day. It arrived rather quickly, sooner than I would have expected. Dad loved it and was quite amused. He will use it often and chuckle every time. I'm really glad I went ahead and made the choice for this purchase.

No customer service

Why did I not look at the reviews before I ordered from these people. Ordered mug on Dec 8th, credit card charged the same day. They can't take phone calls (there is NO customer service,) refuse to answer e-mails, and if they do, it is the same caned message to everyone, tracking service doesn't even acknowledge the order number, says it doesn't exist, worthless system, and worthless company. Guess I'll have to take the legal path to get any satisfaction, but I'll give them 24 hours to answer this review, just in case they respond to review.

I ordered a product that was to arrive no later than Dec19th. Sent 7 emails and left 4 voice mails. Phone systems says they no longer accept calls. No response to emails. Asking for refund and still being ignored. Also the same day I ordered from them my credit card number was hijacked. BE VERY CAREFUL

They're lame and evasive

Ordered something I saw on Facebook from 720, in late November, was informed it would be shipped within 5-8 business days. Wrong. 720 referred me to Gearbubble, which pretended to look into it, and now won't respond to my emails. Probably will never receive the ordered product, and in turn, I will never purchase anything from either 720 or Gearbubble.

Sent wrong item, told me they would cancel the order and refund me. Said I had to reorder the one I wanted. No I have 2 very poor quality products that I paid for. They are just giving me the run around on the return. The product is super cheap but the customer service is the real problem. Good luck

False advertising

I ordered a birthday mug for my friend three weeks ago. The site said I would have it 3-5 business days. After two weeks, I sent an email to which they said they would expedite my order. It supposedly shipped a week ago, but when I try to track the package, there is no information. Extremely frustrated and greatly disappointed!

I ordered a memorial shirt for my mom with my brother's pic on it. Order was shipped to a wrong address. It was my mom's street address in Alabama but my city, state and zip listed on my billing info. Needless to say, DHL is having issues with delivery. I called them. They said the merchant has to change the address. I emailed customer service at gearbubble. They told me that I should contact DHL and if it gets returned to them, they will issue a refund. I dont want a refund. I want the shirt that I ordered for my mother for mother's day. Ridiculous. I am so disappointed with this company and their failure to assist customers after the purchase.

I ordered a Disney mug for my wife which arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and is still in daily use. As I read through the pile of one star reviews, I find it very interesting that so many are dated the same date. Different names but the same sentiments, and all on the same date. Pretty obvious that they aren't real reviews. This one is. Had no issues with the company in any way and would buy from them again anytime. Thanks for a great product!
