Gearbubble products are junk! I bought a necklace for my wife for Valentine's Day, and 2 for my daughters, I opened them tonight and they were NOTHING like the images on the order! They showed to be beautifully engraved, the ones they shipped me where very cheap metal, and were not engraved, instead they were printed on a piece of paper which has clear plastic over it, nearly impossible to read! I was to say the least very let down and ashamed to give them as gifts! They are scamming people! Do not fall for their misleading ads!

They have a great business model, they don't actually make your product till they have a thousand other people wanting it too. This way they make it in bulk to make some extra money. Too bad this cuts their shipping too close to when you need it, because it's Valentine's in a few hours and my mug is nowhere to be seen.
I ordered a nickles for my wife and when I got it, it doesn't look like anything like what I ordered, very disappointed with my and I will NEVER buy anything from Gear Buble.

I ordered a personalized mug for a Christmas present and I had a little difficulty with it being delivered. Now to clarify things it wasn't GearBubble's fault. I had it sent to my work (with all the packages stolen during the Christmas holiday I didn't want to take any chances). Unfortunately it didn't dawn on me that USPS doesn't deliver to our office as we don't have a mailing address with them. Our mail is sent to our warehouse. After realizing this after receiving a non-deliverable notice from USPS, I messaged GearBubble with my problem. They were quick to respond and although the item was shipped back by USPS, I was able to reorder and receive it in a timely manner. A BIG Shout out to this company for helping with my purchase! I would order again with them in a heartbeat!

The design on the shirt was done in white instead of in multi-color like the one displayed in the FB ad. The shirt is nice, good quality but I so would have preferred the color design!
The pictures on the mugs were great. Delivery was prompt and the mugs were well packed. I was also updated on when the items would be shipped.

I ordered 2 of these cat mugs for my daughter and son in law for Christmas and they absolutely loved them, the quality of the mugs was great, the pictures came out crystal clear and very well done, I will order more at a later date. My daughter was so happy with them that she posted the pictures on face book.
I bought these mugs for my brother and nephew last year for Christmas to honor their rescued dogs. (Tell me the story again about how you rescued me) When my other nephew rescued a dog I knew I had to get another one. I shouldn't be proud of making people cry on Christmas, but my nephew's wife was brought to tears when she saw it! One more nephew, one more rescue. I guess I'll be getting another mug for next Christmas!
