I too ordered a coffee mug for Fathers Day within the 5-8 day promised delivery window. It arrived a week after Fathers Day. I got an email on June 13 saying it had been shipped and a tracking number was provided. But when I checked the tracking number it kept saying that the USPS was awaiting receipt of the item. I contacted Gearbubble several times and they responded but weren't able to tell me anything. The tracking number finally showed movement on June 19 and it arrived on the 22nd. I am pretty sure the product came from overseas which is why the long delay and inability to get good tracking info. On the plus side, it was as ordered and well-packaged.
I ordered a fathers day mug guaranteed to have it before fathers day and here it is Thursday and still no mug. I wouldnt do any business with gearbubble they could care less about their customers
Placed my order 6/7/19 did receive email my order was being worked on and that was it. Never got any update or email on anything further! I sent numerous emails demanding answers and they had none for me. Only stated they have huge volume of emails going on. Clearly because other people having same issue. I have asked for my order to be canceled and asked for a refund I received email today stating they canceled my order and I should receive a refund in 15 days! This site is a $#*!ing scam! Been over a month an still don't have my order. I call an no one answeres. Sent about 4 emails, an got nothing back. The tracking number doesn't even pull up on the usps tracking. Glad I payed with paypal so I can get my money back.
I ordered a memorial shirt for my mom with my brother's pic on it. Order was shipped to a wrong address. It was my mom's street address in Alabama but my city, state and zip listed on my billing info. Needless to say, DHL is having issues with delivery. I called them. They said the merchant has to change the address. I emailed customer service at gearbubble. They told me that I should contact DHL and if it gets returned to them, they will issue a refund. I dont want a refund. I want the shirt that I ordered for my mother for mother's day. Ridiculous. I am so disappointed with this company and their failure to assist customers after the purchase.

I always wear a size XL. That is what I ordered. Loved the graphics, but their sizing is OFF. The shirt was about two sizes smaller. It was like it was a size small. I paid $30 and now have nothing. Not good.

Unfortunately the shirt was not what my employer wanted, followed all the steps to return, used pre printed shipping label, within 3 days I drove to post office, went inside the building and put package in a drop off box,, now company is accusing me of not returning them, I am not a liar, I did what I was told. Be very careful of ordering from them, if you have to return items it will not go well.
I was impressed by the quality and the beauty of the tee shirt, my sister got a lot of compliments on it. Would recommend Gearbubble to anyone!
